Kyiv calling! Ukraine’s broadcaster, Suspilne, called all ten Vidbir 2025 acts together on Thursday in order to reveal their songs and draw the running order for the final on 8 February.

Nine acts were shortlisted following auditions in Kyiv last December. After a wildcard round, FIÏNKA was added as the tenth finalist after gathering the most votes from Ukrainians in the Diia app.

This year’s Vidbir line-up contains returnees Khayat and Ziferblat. In addition, newcomers include popular acts as Masha Kondratenko and DK Enerhetyk as well as rising stars Krylata and Molodi. Abiie, Future Culture and Vlad Sheryf conclude the mix of new and established stars.

With all the songs now unveiled, we’ve opened a poll so that you can have your say on who should represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2025. Take a listen to them below and then select your favourites.

Vidbir 2025: Running order

Similar to last year, the running order was determined by a draw held at the Suspilne studios in Ukraine’s capital.

  1. Vlad Sheryf – “Wind of Change”
  2. Abiie – “Dim”
  3. Molodi – “My Sea”
  4. Future Culture – “Waste My Time”
  5. Masha Kondratenko – “No Time To Cry”
  6. Khayat – “Honor”
  7. FIÏNKA – “Kultura”
  8. Krylata – “Stay True”
  9. Ziferblat – “Bird of Pray”
  10. DK Enerhetyk – “Sil'”

Poll: Who should win Vidbir 2025?

You can vote for as many of the finalists as you want. But, remember, you’ll only be able to cast your vote once.

Mediocre level this time, though I’m sure Ukraine will manage to make them stand out on stage and will get a top 10 finish in May.

I’ll personally go for DK Enerhetyk. They bring the most distintive sound, it remembers me of some “famous” Russian alternative rock/grunge bands.

A bit mediocre songs but as Ukraine sent better songs in previous years; it is normal.

There’s no “Teresa & Maria” this year that instantly left me speechless and blew me away, but there are a lot of interesting songs who could do great at Eurovision with clever staging. One thing about Vidbir is that their selections always bring something unique and/or songs that stay true to their culture. Vidbir definitely stays one of the better national selections, even if this line-up left me a tiny bit disappointed.

Anyone who thinks this is a bad selection is having a laugh. Ukraine aren’t playing around here. With the usual Ukraine televote boost, Masha can win the whole contest. Ziferblat’s song is funky as hell and is a blast to listen to. Maybe only 2 or 3 songs I’m not feeling as a contender to do well at ESC. Even Khayat Is delivering.

No idea why Fiinka is so far ahead. She is one of the least competitive options, although by no means bad.

Fiinka has a large and very active fan club, apparently they received information about this poll and voted en masse.

If Masha and Khayat weren’t in the line up, I would’ve agreed about Ukraine being an NQ this year.

I don’t see any of these songs doing well in May and this so sad since all of them are good produced, and I’ll add half of them to my playlist.
Only Kultura in my opinion can be the lucky song for Ukraine this year.
Since head of delegation said they are making Vidbir similar to ESC waiting for the new quality of the selection!
Good luck Ukraine! ??

Expected way more from Khayat, his song is 9th on my ranking list. He flopped.

Sorry, there is not one song that got me hooked. Maybe, just maybe Future Culture‘s is going tommy playlist.

I am especially disappointed by Ziferblat and Khayat. Expected somethimg more coherent and catchy from them. Their songs are unpleasently messy.

Abiie, Masha and DK Enerhetyk grabbed me the most on first listen. I feel it could be a wide open field. I love the way that Ukraine always stays in its own lane – it feels much more authentic than most other national selections.

If I’m allowed a request, why don’t you send DK Enerhetyk. I feel Eurovision needs an indie, slacker vibe – I don’t think we’ve ever seen it in Eurovision?

I think Gaja will be mopped from the floor and yes I am Polish and it’s incredibly weak song.

Ok now that I listened to the actual 10 songs participating, I gotta say I’m staying with Kultura from the preliminary round, with Dim as my second choice. No Time to Cry and Bird of Pray (is that a typo?) are both really good songs but I wish they were fully in Ukrainian. What’s the point of singing half your song in English if it’s just gonna be nonsense? It honestly ruins the song for those of us who actually understand the language. Ukrainian is beautiful and they know they don’t need to rely on a foreign language to do… Read more »

My choice is Masha with No Time To Cry, but there are more good options to enter the top 10. Thanks again Ukraine for bringing quality in combinatie with your own culture.

Well, out of 19 participations they managed to be 13 times inside the top 10, and 6 times out of it. This is more likely to be their 7th time then the 14th.

I don’t get it, just yesterday I listened to the wiwiblogs playlist on Spotify called Vidbir 2025 and the only song that matches this list is Kultura?? All the others are different? Can someone please illuminate me lol.

There was a preliminary round to vote for the final space in the grand final. You probably listened to that.

The organizers selected 9 finalists. The 10th finalist was chosen by people from 10 candidates who were on the list you heard.

They will be guaranteed 200 in the televote due to the scattering of people around Europe. I think only finka has a unique sound that could be different to challenge the top

Hmm I don’t know what to say. First of all I always love Ukraine entries, but after the first listen it all sounds a bit underwhelming. I expected more from Khayat, but that’s probably because I loved his song in 2020. His new song is not bad, but I was expecting more. Maybe a grower? FIÏNKA was the one that stood out the most to me. I like her style and she would be a breath of fresh air for Eurovision. I liked some parts of Masha Kondratenko’s song, but it was getting boring after a while. Also Krylata’s song… Read more »
