Poland. Estonia. Lithuania. Norway. Armenia. And maybe Italy. This week’s new Eurovision entries take us up to 18 (almost) confirmed songs for Eurovision 2025.
Why the maybe? Well at the time of publishing this poll, Italy’s Sanremo winner Olly was still debating whether he wants to go to Eurovision with his song “Balorda nostalgia.” We’re including him in the poll for now. If he decides not to go, we’ll remove him from this poll and include the confirmed Italian act next week.
Last week Finland’s Erika Vikman took the crown, with Malta’s Miriana Conte in second. Can any of the newcomers knock these queens from the throne? That’s for you to decide.
You can vote for as many countries as you’d like. But you can only vote ONE time. Be sure to tick the box next to every country you want to support before pressing submit.
Poll: Who is your favourite Eurovision 2025 act so far? (17 February)
So who did you vote for and why? Let us know in the comments box below!
EoT – Bye, bye, bye
A powerful punk rock that will hopefully win Dora of Croatia tomorrow evening. Vocally superb, energetic and attractive.
Olly is a homophobe, ciao azzhole.
Vote for Ireland ?? it a brilliant song
Espresso macchiato?? Brilliant?
Voted for Finland from Lithuania! Love Katarsis, but I never vote for my own country in these things just for the sake of fairness 🙂 I wonder if it’s really wiwi fans appreciating our song or…? I didn’t see this poll being promoted anywhere in Lithuanian media though 😀
Okay Norway is growing on me a lot. The chorus is stuck in my head ….
Finland is the only option for me.
Why is Israel not listed as a choice?
Because it’s the countries with a song released.
Duh
Why is Italy even wasting its time on this self-proclaimed “Ollie” wannabe?….. We already have a representative of Italy
#espressomacchiatto
How is he self proclaimed?
His real name is Federico Olivieri, silly
I hope Olly finally decides and prefers not going to eurovision; since he won Sanremo; Italy dropped in the odds as his song is not liked.
There’s a possibility he may not actually go at all because he’s got sold out tour dates in May that could conflict with Eurovision. That could be a legitimate reason to turn down the ticket if he’s honoring prior professional commitments.
I hope he does, though
The winning song has yet to be chosen
Looking at you , Portugal! JOSH – Tristeza
Is it just me or is this the worst so far in the last decade ? Usually I have at least two favourites by now but Im not listening or any of them and Estonia s entry is an insult..not funny or tongue in check and actually almost offensive
Just you
I agree; last year songs were quite better.
I’m not a fan of this year either. I really like Malta, Norway, Ireland, Slovenia. After that I’m okay with Spain, Armenia, and Azerbaijan (granted they’re not on the list) but after that I’d rather not listen to the rest (apart from Italy which isn’t even confirmed).
The same thing here. Well, I’m really happy for Tommy and Estonia. Now I’m looking forward to the participants from Portugal and Italy (hopefully Lucio, although I like Olly too).
Other than that, meh.
I tried listening to the Croatian and Serbian songs and it feels like there’s no top 5 contender among them.
What is offending you in Estonian song? Funny that we have all these movies about Italy (Godfather, etc), pineapple on pizza (a crime imo) and one silly song about coffee is soooo offending, he is singing about himself in it not you or italians. Have you heard Malta’s song? 🙂
How is Lithuania closing in so quick at the top? Any Lithuanian fanpage has shared the poll?
why can’t people just like the song?
If only you knew how unpopular this song is in Lithuania… foreigners like it more than Lithuanians do
Sweden 2026?
That is literally my second worst scenario, the worst is Israel winning.
What is the Swedish entry
Alb, Bel, Fin, Irl, Mlt and Pol are my most listened songs among the selected ones. I appreciate Lat,
Ltu, Lux and Mne for not singing in English. The rest is either indifferent or very annoying. Not the best ESC year in my opinion.
Why is Estonia only 5th in the odds? Do people have no taste anymore, or can’t they use their brains to appreciate its brilliance?
If it’s your way to promote it, it’s the wrong road imo.
Sounds ok studio. On stage shocking. Jury will destroy it
What brilliance? It’s a tacky song about coffee sung in a combination of bad english and bad italian.
It is brilliant, Tommy Cash is an artist. And Estonia is going to be in a very good place. Obviously you haters don’t have a sence of humour.
The odds show good taste, when it comes to Estonia..
You do remember Estonia won with ‘everybody’ when it comes to Estonia winning musicality doesn’t come into it haha
The early 2000s weren’t exactly a golden age for Eurovision, so it was the best of the worst.
I’d love you to explain the brilliance?
I don’t understand why Tommy cash is getting bookies support. Baffling
They don’t support countries, that’s not how it works. Betters decide the odds, based on chances of making profit. Quality doesn’t matter. It’s all about the money. It’s all about the dum dum diddy dum dum.
Because he is the only one who puts masculine guys in his show in a decade. That’s exceptional for Eurovision where it is all about feminism and guys on heels. And just for that he will get lots of votes.
Just when you think comments couldn’t get any more stupid…
ZJERM! ?
Go Lithuania!!!! Best song so far
Malta 12 points .
So far the only contenders for the win, IMO, are Finland, Malta, and (I’d hope) Lithuania
Malta is the only song I really liked so far. Can’t make a top 10, none of the other songs are good enough. Maybe Ireland.
Half of the songs released and I’m kind of underwhelmed by the quality so far. Only about 5 I like but I don’t think we’ve seen the winner yet
Oyland
Finland still top for me. Followed by Malta and Estonia. My guilty pleasure remains Spain. I am not over the helicopter hair.
I’ll pretend I didn’t read Estonia, but otherwise taste!!
You looking forward to DMGP? It falls on my bday so I’ll be drunk, again 😀
Hmm I’m looking forward to see if they can lift their songs with the live performance, because they need that to stand a chance.
being drunk is maybe a good strategy to survive dmgp??
Finland leading WTF. it tells how incredibly awful this year is. Never thought we could have done worse than 2024 but 2025 is already doing it.
2025 is leaving 2024 in a dustcloud.
How can you be this glum with a name like Doris??
Que sera, que sera… whatever will be will be
Move over darling
Ukraine is nice and rocky (but some bad English grammar..)
And Luxembourg is cute.
Totally different styles, I know.
Belgium and Latvia being that far down on the poll just shows the taste factor on this site. Those two are the only two in which a chance this year. Certainly not with either Israel or Sweden.
So you’re the measure for great taste?! Lol. Give over.
i have voted for the 3 baltic countrys because they a very tasty this year.
I know my last place. Estonia.
Then you won’t like the result in May, because Estonia will easily reach the top 10.
I wouldn’t be so sure about that. Juries will kill it and I’m not sure he can pull like a top 5 with public.
The televote will carry Estonia to the top 10. And he will reach the top 5 if the jury likes them too.
I mean, in 2022 the entirety of Wiwibloggs followers were 100% sure Zdob si Zdub were an NQ. They easily qualified, got like 20 points from the jury and was carried to 7th place by the televoters. Wiwibloggs followers don’t know anything about novelty acts.
The fact is that back in 2022 the only very energic and fun acts in the final were Moldova and Norway. As fun as Norway was, it didn’t have the same impact as Moldova’s performance. This year I can already see a few songs competing with Estonia or overshadowing it.
Not against Estonia at all, I just don’t see it shining that much.
Juries put Tommy on first spot in NF LOL
Well you are going to be sad, it is never going to be last
Finland’s still my favorite but I like most entries so far!
I’m also looking forward to listening to Adonxs’s song and I feel like I owe Miriana an apology. Gurl, I wasn’t really familiar with your game
Also, Lithuania’s a close second for me, as post-punk is one of my favorite genres (Molchat Doma and SadSvit are among my favorite acts) and idc how it will do at the contest
I like Lithuania this year. I like their outfits and his hair looks nice and clean too 🙂
I saw a short interview with the lyricist of Ireland’s entry. She is the only Irish songwriter, the rest are Norwegian… she originally is from Moscow. I don’t say that to be political, it just helps me understand where the inspiration come from. She is now married to an Irish farmer.
Interesting… or maybe not. You decide!
EVERYTHING you say is interesting Jonas!
Why thank you, kind sir!
P.S. Here is aforementioned interview.
She seems nice.

Putinistas are downvoting you: that’s so pathetic. Especially now Trump has joined CCCP’s club.
It seems the Irish Independent newspaper has challenged RTE about the eligibility of the song. Following a “songwriting camp”(!) in Norway, this, allegedly with 100 or so other songs, WAS submitted to Norsk MGP, and clearly not accepted. There is an unconvincing “explanation” from RTE. I don’t like song-shopping, so this is a rulebreaker for me. Gives the message if your own country doesn’t want your song, send it somewhere else. Regardless of the Irish/Russian co-writer, I think this would have been in Norway’s selection if accepted.
Poland and Finland are my personal favourites. Honourable mention to Spain and Greece. Italy (if Olly is confirmed) is not near the top, but Italy (if Lucio steps up) is a contender.
Luxembourg, Greece, Montenegro, Latvia and Estonia are my top five thus far. “Espresso macchiato” has been the surprise of the season to date. It sounds really fun per se.
Hopefully more good entries will come up soon, maybe Azerbaijan’s on Wednesday and Netherlands’ next week as read elsewhere. *I s r a el’s song* has apparently been approved by the E BU and I CANNOT WAIT FOR IT TO BE RELEASED!!!
If there is one thing I’m sure about, it is that the polls here never meant anything and definitely aren’t meant to predict the actual ranking that could happen in May. There is one country already out of the top 10 in this poll that I’m 98% sure will do a solid to 10 in Basel, I won’t name it. On the contrary, I see not less than 6-7 countries currently in the top 10 of the 18 known songs, that won’t make it to the actual top 10 in the end 🙂 Signed: an arrogant boy who’s actually quite… Read more »

Release the thousands of innocent Palestinians held without charge in administrative detention in Israeli prisons (source: B’tselem, Israeli human rights organisation).
Why are Israelis “hostages”, but P alestinians “prisoners”? I don’t get it.
Only because you are asking:
A hostage is someone who is dragged, often shot and injured, from e.g. a Music festival or from their house in their pyjamas like 4 yr old Ariel Bibas.
A prisoner has committed a minor or severe crime like mur dering people at a bus stop or cafe, or attempt.
Only because you are asking..
Prisoners of war like Ukraine-Russia are a different thing, in case you are interested and will ask.
That SEEMS fair, but is it? Has every P alestinian prisoner been afforded due process in accordance with international law?
To answer your question whether every P A L prisoner has been afforded in a process in accordance with international law: No, that’s what I said. According to B’tselem, more than 3,000 P A L prisoners are imprisoned WITHOUT charges.
Right… I agree… so why are they not considered hostages too?
Are you seriously asking this question?
Un mata niños por aqui
Y para cuándo protestas por los niños de Chiapas, ridículo?
Please don’t make Eurovision political again, and please no provocation, we had enough of it last year.
Why do you think Wiwi is the right forum for your campaign? Just asking.
Oh god, not these annoying comments again!
Israel is topping your list when you don’t know the song? 😉
Absolutely yes, it is written by Keren Peles who is a fantastic songwriter, and she works with very talented people. And Yuval is amazing and the performance is going to be amazing for sure. There’s no way the song isn’t an outstanding song. I love outstanding songs
Just to confirm: you haven’t heard the song, correct?
Keren Peles was the one taking pics of other participants last yearwithout their consent and laughing and joking about them online, horrible woman.
Exactly. I remember her Instagram stories all too well where she made fun of Bambie etc. and posted videos without their consent.
I like how you put Israel at one end and Kant at the other. I’d have put them closer seen as though Israel is the perfect embodiment of that title.
Don’t be too surprised if they win this year (whatever song they send). Last year they pushed the diaspora to vote doing their utmost with their propagandists. This year they are investing 1m to make sure they win. They need this PR stunt to whitewash their crimes.
“ONLY ALL MY DEEPEST LOVE”!
Day 504! RELEASE ALL THE H OSTAGES NOW!
Lithuania
Really!!!!
According to reports in the Italian press, Olly may choose not to participate in Eurovision by not cancelling his sold-out tour in May. Lucio Corsi is also said to be preparing for Eurovision.
Just saw this on a Eurovision-related Twitter account.
Belgium, Estonia, Ireland and Norway so far
Okay songs, but I’m not a huge fan of strobe light, it doesn’t grab me.
Cyprus
BREAKING: The reason “Espresso Macchiato” disappeared from the ESC channel was because it may become the Italian entry instead, in case Olly refuses to go, while Estonia will likely send Ollie (the real one) as their representative!! Both broadcasters are very excited about the idea and work closely on the scenario.
Oh yes, and allegedly a Norwegian national will represent Ireland. You couldn’t make it up!
Spain or Finland is my favourite so faar?
But SISSAL Denmark is my number one,i think i have listen to it 2-3 times a day..and its not in the game yet…
I so hope she wins and if she does we should change the flag to Faroe Islands as she is from there 🙂
I always say this at this time of the season that it’s the worst year we’ve had, and yet I’m happy about that specific year, but this year really doesn’t look good. I try to be optimistic, but it’s hard when the last national finals don’t really have anything wild to offer.
please be optimistic Dane, please be optimistic Dane 🙂
No need to be depresso, there’s gonna be espresso!
we dont want espresso!!
Oh yes we do
Yes, this year really seems extra underwhelming. Haven’t like any songs this year except Ukraine and even with that one i needed second listen to start to really like it.
I really hope there will be some amazing songs coming out still…
Im actually most dissapointed with Ukraine 🙁
This I agree with 🙁
Yeah, totally agree. I’ve never been part of those saying “this year is terrible”, but here I am… This year is terrible. Up to now, there is only 4 songs that I find objectively good, 4 that I know aren’t incredible but I like, 2 that I have difficulties to enjoy but I recognize interesting parts and that complete my top 10. The 8 others are just trash for me 🙁 It’s the first time that I feel that way. And like you I’m also very disappointed in Ukraine. They had good songs in the selection, they just chose the… Read more »
France, UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and more, still to cone!
Still to COME
ICH KOMME
Oh Dane don’t encourage le misérables, come to the light!
Finland and Belgium stand out quite nicely so far.
Belgium is such a cheap song sorry…
Zjerming until may ??
Only really liking Latvia and Luxembourg so far
How is Ukraine fourth with that song? Lol
I don’t understand that either
Funnily enough its the only song so far that i actually like, but my taste is more alternative than regular viewers…
Its Ukraine. Thats why
I haven’t voted because I have no favourite yet. I’m waiting for France, Israel, Czechia, Sweden…. to come up with SONGS in the real sense of this word.
Do you mean generic pop songs?
You mean actual songs that are not gimmick-y joke acts who want to repeat the success of risks takers like Kaarija, Baby Lasagna and Joost Klein who were actually refreshing at the time, but not with the same authentic quality?
Generic songs are never authentic. Those you named gimmicky are actually very authentic
I’d take generic pop songs over these plain bad songs that we have so far. At least they might be listenable
At this point we’ll have to count on the internal selection entrees to bring it to increase the overall quality this year. The national final winners have been underwhelming… There’s a lot of mid-quality and meh acts so far, with only 2 or 3 acts who have potential to make the top 10..
If we look at probabilities, about half of the top 10 is likely to be made of songs that have already been selected/released. This doesn’t even take into account that there is quite a number of still unresolved national selections that clearly don’t have the potential to produce a top 10 entry. I wonder if someone ever analysed the correlation of songs’ final rankings and the order in which songs were released/selected during the season. If we can say with statistical significance that songs revealed/selected later in the season tend to fare better, then there is still hope that we… Read more »
Can somebody tell me what happened with Belgium? I thought Red Sebastian was an anticipated winner and he was the reason why Belgium was top1 in odds. Now Belgium is falling in the odds, fandom treats Stobe lights rather cold (look i.e. at this poll). What is going on? Bookies and fans preferred Mentissa?
The bookies overrated Belgium because they needed a favorite at the time, it was based on nothing, the fandom on the other hand is underrating Belgium. Like they did with Gustaph. Neither wanted Mentissa.
Because Strobe Lights appeared to be very weak song. I think the bettings were just based on the excitement that something good will happen in Belgium which obviously didn’t
