Estonia is serving up espresso macchiato this year! The globally renowned star Tommy Cash will represent Estonia on the big Eurovision 2025 stage in Basel next May, sipping his “Espresso Macchiato.” As a fan favorite from the start, Eurovision fans were thrilled by his victory.

Eesti Laul 2025 delivered a mind-blowing televote result. In the first round, a jury helped select three artists for the Superfinal: Tommy Cash led with 16 points.  An-Merlen followed closely with 15 points, while Andrei Zevakin ft. Katrina secured the final spot with 13 points.

In the Superfinal, which was based solely on the public vote, Tommy dominated with an impressive 83% of the votes!

Estonia has only won Eurovision once—back in 2001 with Tanel Padar, Dave Benton & 2XL. Could Tommy Cash bring them their second victory?

Im not a massive fan of this song of Tommy Cash.
I did love some of his previous works.
some vids he did with Little Big from Russia, amazing.
In this video the scene with the grocery packages reminds me of one of the Little Big productions.

The song mocks English people who can’t speak Italian language properly and end up saying English words with ‘Italian accent” hoping to save their face I personally find it very funny.

I really don’t get the negativity. It’s fun, creative, catchy and witty. There are so many sounds I’ve heard a thousand times before, but Tommy really stands out imo

We know it would do well with the masses. It is disappointing that Estonia chose a joke entry for the second time in a row. They have had joke entries before as well. This song is for drunk straight guys who watch Eurovision, laugh, and say, “This is sh*t, I’ll vote for this”.

As a straight guys critic, do you appreciate the gay dance they do during the second chorus?

Eurovision wouldn’t be Eurovision without songs like this. Better to have a couple of casual fan magnets that spite up the voting than to have the top 10 just be a list off of the bookies odds in May.

Not a bulletproof critique because one could claim that there are also songs that target the gay audience in a similar way but are also of terrible quality and also baits. Let’s just agree to be critical of all low quality joke entries that aren’t indeed good in their satire (which is also art) and act as baits

Horrible song. Cringe performance.
It’s very unpleasant when somebody tries too hard to come across as humorous and failing miserably at it, especially when they also like to think of their act as some sort of elevated high art.
