She topped the international jury vote at Ethnikos Telikos 2025 — Greece’s national final for Eurovision — ultimately finishing a close second to Klavdia. And on Saturday night Evangelia made it clear that’s she’s ready to go even higher in 2026 with confirmation that her song is ready.

The New Jersey-born stunner took to Instagram on Saturday evening to share a Story that has Eurofans talking. The “Vale” hitmaker holds her phone out as she walks down 7th Avenue in New York City. Glowing like the lights seen behind her, she said:

“I just finished recording vocals on a song that Jay and I have been working on in LA all week. He just sent it to me. I have my song. I can’t wait for you to hear it.”

The confirmation proves that Evangelia is a woman of her word.

Back in February she met with our Andreas in Athens and explained that Eurovision fans helped make it her mission to sing at the contest.

“I think it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t try again,” she said. “I feel like the Eurovision fans have been some of my earliest supporters even before Eurovision was a dream of mine when I first released my music.”

“I didn’t think of it as a dream to go to Eurovision. But then all of the comments on my YouTube videos were like, ‘this girl needs to go to Eurovision’.”

AMAZING! Cant wait to hear it! Though, I still think that Evangelia should have been internally picked in 2022 or 2023 with her song “Páli” – which was an amazing song. Amanda Tenfjord was amazing as well, so they should have either kept her for 2023 contest, or given the 2023 spot to Evangelia.
