After speculation concerning a Bosnian withdrawal, broadcaster BHRT confirmed the country’s presence in Stockholm. And showing that they mean business, the official music video for “Ljubav je” has been released, highlighting Bosnia and Herzegovina’s spectacular scenery.
The music video was filmed on April 4th in the picturesque Ostrozac Castle. Surrounded by breathtaking landscape, Dalal, Deen, Ana Rucner and Jala perform the revamped version of their entry with passion. Everything, from the song to the costumes and the location, shows the strong attachment the team has to their Bosnian heritage and culture.

Bosnia and Herzegovina still in the race
Just two days ago, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s participations at the upcoming Eurovision was put in doubt after an altercation involving members of the group erupted during Deen’s birthday party. Reportedly, Jala was involved in a scuffle with Almir Ajanovic, the composer of “Ljubav je”.
The incident attracted intense media coverage, and at one point Bosnia and Herzegovina’s participation in Eurovision 2016 was said to be in doubt.
But broadcaster BHRT and the team reunited and an agreement was reached: Almir Ajanovic would not be part of the delegation going to Stockholm in May.
Almir issue a statement apologising for his actions, saying it was due to combining alcohol with prescription medication. He accepted that stepping down from his position in Stockholm would be for the benefit of the team.
Deen was quick to take to Twitter to reassure his fans that everything was OK and that the team was still united.
We are completely fine as u can see ?? Please don't believe everything you read ???????? pic.twitter.com/QmC95Wp0nM

What do you think of the new music video? Do you think the incident will have repercussions on their performance in Stockholm? Let us know in the comments section below!
They would better send a folk song, but not this hybrid made of incongruous. I don’t even want to mention about RAP part which is not for Eurovision at all. I’m sorry, Bosnia, but forget about the final this year.
@georgekirkas
you’re welcome 🙂 🙂 🙂
@Nicky91
Thank you for the support! I’m happy that I’m not the only person in the world who LOVED Maya Sar and her song!
@Random.sage2.6
just hope for the best, maybe it could be a qualifier just at 9th or 10th place, or just missing out at 11th place
it’s quite a good balkan sound, which i like but for me not the best B&H entry, I still have Maya Sar as my favourite, really goosebumps from that song 🙂
All the Balkans are here… B&H is final-worthy.
🙂 Gonna go watch da vid…
@Charles
well i agree with you
@georgekirkas
yeah me too, i find their song boring and dull, normally i like songs from Estonia, last year i loved that duo Elina and Stig 🙂 🙂 , but this is just a big letdown in terms of song for them, and i can’t see the juries giving them high scores either
Greece is more fun and entertaining this year, maybe they’ll get a higher score than Estonia, Finland and San Marino 🙂
best of luck to your country george i’m sure they’ll need all the luck in the world 🙂
Absolutely stunning scenery. And I can appreciate the increased production values- this actually looks professionally done and not by the local high school A/V club. The song is a bit better, but still not top quality- and everything is still ruined by the sight of the rapper rampaging through the castle, which completely kills the serene beauty the song was going for with its gratuitous opening shots.
@Nicky91: And when one mentions the Soviet block the world goes through a serious earthquake of dramatic proportions … so instead it sounds and seems easier to blame and hate the so called Scandinavian block though as far as history goes Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland were never part of “one” country. But in good Eurovision fashion, let’s all pretend the world is perfect … I mean the fans now decided to scream hysterically for Russia’s Sergey naked torso after 2 years of booing again Russia… I guess we’ll have orgasms this year instead. Isn’t life just sarcastically amazing?… Read more »
@Nicky91
Most people say that Estonia is a definite qualifier, but I completely disagree! It doesn’t stand out at all and it will get lost! Only the juries can save it, but I’m not sure about that either!
damn, Ana is really sexy in this video.
Liking this entry much more than before lol. Hoping for this to qualify. They have to struggle in a strong semi
Amazing and beautiful videoclip!
One thing is for sure, some good songs will not qualify. It can be Cyprus or Austria or Azerbaijan or Malta or Bosnia and Herzegovina. .
@DenizNL
yeah it’s definitely a hard decision in semi final 1, but i kinda agree with your qualifiers, and i do also respect the other countries 🙂
@ Nicky
What I think is different than what I want. But my qualifiers are very hard, cause even 5/6 of my non-qualifiers are still pretty good.
What I would like: Azerbaijan, Hungary, Malta, Cyprus, Czech republic, Russia, Armenia, Iceland, The Netherlands and Croatia. (I love the rest though).
What it might be: Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus and Bosnia&Herzegovina.
But you never know.
Starting to like this a lot more!
@DenizNL
well who are your top 10 qualifiers from semi final 1?
Nicky91
Probably either The Netherlands or Austria (or Estonia, but they probably will).
@georgekirkas
well they stand a chance to qualify against Moldova, Finland, Greece ( unfortunately your own country), San Marino, Montenegro, Estonia ( which is pretty boring), and 10 countries will qualify so it’s 10 from 18, so only 8 countries won’t make the final, and semi final 2 10 from 19, with 9 countries not making the final
I hope Bosnia and Herzegovina will qualify, because I love their song! I even like the rap part, I think it adds something different!
8/10
@Charles
i dislike the block voting
I kinda wonder among Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Serbia. Montenegro and Slovenia who will they give 12 and 10… cuz clearly nobody here is actually even bothering listening to anything outside Yugoslavia .. I mean they will continue to give themselves those 12 … And people still find offensive the whole block voting debacle … seriously?
This made me so happy. I thought a certain rapper had left.
The whole landscape is beautiful but that is the only thing worth mentioning here …
the overdramatic hand gestures are still there like in the previous video and it find it all so fake and pathetic … I actually wish Dalal was the ONLY vocalist here as she is vocally far more convincing and to be honest the one who interpretation and emotion I believe … the rap can go down the toilet to be quite frank. Those hand gestures … seriously … arrghh
Ana Rucner makes this worth the while
@DenizNL
instead of who will they qualify
Not just Croatia and Montenegro, but also, Sweden, Austria and The Netherlands, with a huge ex-yu communities there, and Azerbijan and Armenia who usually votes for this kind of song. So it will probably qualify.
Thank dear god “fans” make around 1 % of total voting population.
@DenizNL,
but there are only few countries from the region that normally vote for Bosnia: Croatia and Montenegro.
I think that they will qualify. And probably everyone will be shocked if they do so, while it is obvious that they always qualify and they get a lot of support from their region.
The video is better. Really sorry though, I don’t like the song.
Amazing video and a good song. It should qualify.
Will Deen be topping up on the Botox for Stockholm .. He only has one resting bitch face facial expression !!
Glad it all ended well! Wish i can say the same for their chances of qualifying, lol
Ana Rucner is from Croatia and She is very famous in Croatia. She is our ambasador and She is representing our tourism World Wide, type her name and you will see amazing videos 🙂
So 12 points for you guys 😀
Still not going to qualify.
