Valentine’s Day may be over, but Ruth Lorenzo is helping us feel the love all these days later. On February 13 she released the video for her single “Renuncio”. The launch coincided with the distribution of her EP “Renuncio”, which includes dance remixes by Christoffer Lauridsen and Xavi Huguet, a version for piano and voice, and the original demo recorded two years ago.
The video has been directed by Henry Querales. It’s very cinematic in style, and explains the sad history of a broken love. Ruth as intense as always as she drives down a scenic road remembering her past. She’s works her angles — and her emotions.
This is the second single from the album “Planeta Azul”. It’s already brought her much-deserved acclaim and is climbing the charts. We are so proud of our Eurovision sister!
Dont know what she is singing but I love it. I really respect her as an artist. Not loving this as much as some of her other tracks but it certainly worthy of praise. Keep singing Ruth… and then pleeeeeeeease sing it again in English too so I can sing along.
What a cheap and annoying song that is. I dislike her and I really hope she never represents my country again.
I love Ruth, She is so fabulous, I hope she returns to Eurovision someday, this song is so emotional, I hope she keeps make such wonderful songs and one day wins for Spain. Gracias Ruth!
I would like to see Ruth Lorenzo giving the present to Vienna in one of the parties that are about to happen or have her inside the Wiener Stadhalle in the VIP section i guess.. 🙂
As she has already stated it herself she would happily give it one more try and represent Espana again in EuroVision.. 🙂
Who knows….If she goes indeed to EuroVision she can be the one that will get the desired acclaimed victory in the contest 4 Spain .. 🙂

I really like her voice and her special aura / style… 🙂 She is pretty beauty of Espana.. 🙂 Ruth Lorenzo is the one from the selective only artists that really stood out from the rest acts of Copenhagen’s Vision.. 🙂 4 me she even stood out even more than dear Pastora Soler in a way..
