Last night, while the Melodifestivalen 2015 finalists were wined and dined at Stockholm Stadshuset, the bookies at Unibet were busy refining their odds for who will win. Måns Zelmerlöw remains the overwhelming favourite with odds of 1.27. Looks like the Swedes are really getting behind “Heroes” (and all that digital projection). As he told us in an interview yesterday, the graphics portray his difficulties making friends in school. Bless. Well Mans, you’ve got plenty of friends and fans now!

Colombia-born, Sami superstar Jon Henrik Fjällgren is second favourite with “Jag är fri (Manne Leam Frijje)”. Can Jon Henrik do it for northern Sweden while he’s down south in Stockholm?

“Don’t Stop Believing” singer Mariette is doin’ it for the ladies in third position. As she told us last night, her song is for all those people who need someone by their side. Are you on hers?

You can see the latest odds, which are accurate as of 10:00 CET on Thursday 12 March.

Unibet: Melodifestivalen Odds (12 March 2015)

Mans 1.27
Jon Henrik Fjällgren 5.50
Mariette 10
Erik 14
Isa 25
Hasse 30
Jessica 55
Dinah 75
Viktor & Samir 75
JTR 75
Linus 75
Magnus 80

Jon Hendrik’s song is boring and ridiculous. Sweden vote for Mariette or Mans!

I hope Mans is right, and Sweden sends Jon Henrik! It’s so unique, touching, mystical and soulful! ESC needs it! 🙂

People comparing Jon to Anna Berghendal is both hilarious and sad. Do you people not have eyes? Or ears?

Anyway, Mans or Jon FTW.

I’d say that Mariette is probably the best choice, although in this particular year we have way too much ballads. I’d be ok with Mans winning, his performance is amazing. Jon Henrik would have the most distinctive act, so for this year, I’d maybe choose him. While I would be happy about seeing Erik in ESC again, this song has laughable lyrics… I mean, ‘sting is gonna sting’… come on!

My top 12 1. Mariette (Amazing song, very powerfull, great message and not BORING) 2. Samir and Viktor (Cathy, vocals were much better at AC) 3. JHF (Uniqe, never seen at ESC before) 4. Eric (Still a great song, but not a winner) 5. Linus (His voice is amazing, song meh) 6. Mans (Performance 10/10, song is ok, not a winner) 7. Dinah Nah (First time i hated it so much, dancing is nice) 8. Isa (Nothing special) 9. Hasse (Funny and nice to hear for 1 time) 10. Jessica (Really boring my 6th at semi final 1) 11. JTR… Read more »

Yesterday I saw two entries from the Melodifestivalen 2015 line-up for the very first time: Måns Zelmerlöw and Jon Henrik Fjällgren. I haven’t seen any other finalist so far. My comments: Måns Zelmerlöw: Wow, this act is so difficult to catch on camera. But it’s slick and it absolutely works. It’s a real stunner visually, and it adds to the happy, anthemic mood of the song. I saw this first, and was convinced this could win the whole damn thing in Vienna….if it wins. Jon Henrik Fjällgren: And then I saw this very cute sincere Sami-guy with Colombian roots. His… Read more »

I’d be happy with Måns or Linus. Every other song would flop at Eurovision.

I love all three singers Wiwi’s mentioned, and my favorite will be Jon – Mariette – Mans, but all three are stunning in their own way and have incredible attraction 🙂

I hopes Mans wins, or Mr Saade, will be raging if Jon wins. I just don’t get it, Sweden are so much better than that. It would be another 2010 for sure. Eric could get them a top 5 finish, but i think Mans would deffo get top 3.

I seem to remember Mans making homophobic comments or was that something I imagined? Anyway I think although all of the songs are good there is no euphoria in the mix. I like Isa and Mariette but I have the same feeling I had in 2013 where I’m not sure who will win and maybe a shocker for all of us will win. Also Jon would be a terrible choice for Vienna since he would have to get rid of his phantoms to have the backing vocals he needs and Sweden sending a song in Swedish? Somehow I don’t see… Read more »

I think only with Mariette Sweden could win or to be in TOP 3 at Eurovision
With Eric place from 4 to 8 in final
From Mans from 5 to 10 place in final
With Jessica and Linus from 8 to 12 place in final
With Jon from 12 to 15 place
Dinnah , Isa from 14 to 18 place in final

I’d be happy with either Mans, Jon or Mariette. The rest are just a waste.
