Preparations for Junior Eurovision 2015 are still going strong. Since our last poll, two more countries — Slovenia and The Netherlands — have determined their miniature representative, and a few more have announced their participation. As of now, six countries have given us both the singer and the song.
Albania, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus had already selected their entries prior to our previous poll. The Netherlands deemed Shalisa a shining star last Friday with her song “Million Lights”. Slovenia selected their first Got Talent winner, Lina Kuduzovic, with her love ballad “Prva ljubezen”.

Did these two newcomers change your ranking? Does Shalisa light up the stage? And does are y’all in love with Lina’s song?

Below you can listen to all of the acts chosen so far. Then vote for your favorite(s) in the poll. You can vote for as many acts as you’d like, but you can vote only ONE TIME, so make it count.  The poll closes October 17 at midnight.

Albania: Mishela Rapo with “Dambaje”

Belarus: Ruslan Aslanov with “Volshebstvo”

Netherlands: Shalisa with “Million Lights”

Russia: Mikhail Smirnov with “Mechta”

Slovenia: Lina Kuduzovic with “Prva Ljubezen”

Ukraine: Anna Trincher with “Pochny z Sebe”

Poll: Who is your favourite JESC act so far?

From the Netherlands – 1. Belarus – good song, magical feeling around it and a great staging… I predict this to win so far, if other countries don´t come up with better stuff. 2. Netherlands – our entry is great! Love it, beautiful lyrics and a good staging 🙂 Hoping for a top 5, maybe, but we prob won´t make this. 3. Russia – I really like this beat. Midtempo. Nice violin, will do suprisingly well. 4. Ukraine – good song, but I can´t see this winning. 5. Slovenia – same. I listened to it four times, but can´t remember… Read more »

Slovenia is my favorite by a wide margin. In fact, I like Slovenia’s song just as much, if not more, than my favorites from the adult contest this year.

However, I’m an adult who doesn’t have kids. I follow Junior Eurovision (and Eurovision) because I love composition contests. I may not be the best representative of JESC fans.

Thats what i was talking about..
His song is not liked by eurofans & thats only the real truth…Although now it has grown on me personally & i find it cute song..
Wait to see how tones of votes his song will earn as soon as he shares the link to his fb page.. 🙂
And i even saw someone writing that we are russiaphobic! 😛 Oh give me a break please!

As of posting this comment, Mikhail Smirnov has not posted a link to this poll on his Facebook account, and Russia is currently coming 5th with just over 9% of the votes. Coincidence?

1. Slovenia
2. Netherlands
3. Slovenia
4. Belarus
5. Russia
6. Albania

I find nothing appealing in Albania, the melody is unorigina, boring and the song is just unpleasant to listen too! If Albania wins It will almost be worst then Georgia 2008. Slovenia is so wonderful i would hate for her to underrated like last year

I think & predict that no song from these 6 will gonna finish LAST though…
It will be totally unpredictable about the actual placing of the 17 songs but i can make a safe prediction about this fact alone though..
After all we gonna have almost a record number of participant countries this year 🙂
17 countries will take part when its just only 1 less country from the Junior Vision of 2004 🙂
