Book your tickets and pack your bags — Kyiv is calling! For the fifth consecutive year, the Expo Centre at the heart of the Ukrainian capital will host the largest Ukrainian music festival of the summer.

The annual Atlas Weekend festival will unfold from July 9th to 14th — and it’ll be very friendly on the Eurofan ear. The line-up features participants of the Ukrainian national selection Vidbir.  Dilara Kazimova from performed at the festival in 2016. She is always ready to start a fire for real!

Last year, the festival drew a record-breaking crowd of 527,000 people — the largest-ever in Ukraine — and organisers plan to exceed that number this year. They’ve announced some exciting acts, including The Chainsmokers, Tom Odell and The Black Eyed Peas

For us Eurovision fans, the most appealing acts announced thus far include two former Ukrainian representatives — O.Torvald and MÉLOVIN — as well as Kiev 2017 interval act Onuka, Vidbir 2016 fan favourites The Hardkiss, Eurovision 2016 winner Jamala and, of course, the anchor of it all: Israel’s ESC 2018 winner Netta!

Netta’s summer is fully booked and her schedule for the next few weeks is packed with shows across Europe, following the May release of her new single “Nana Banana” (which she told us about inside her apartment in Tel Aviv ahead of the grand final) and, more recently, her amazing performances at the Sofia and Tel Aviv pride parades.

While this year will mark Netta’s first appearance in Atlas Weekend, Ukraine’s ESC 2018 entrant Mélovin isn’t new to the annual music festival. He debuted in the festival last year, after finishing 17th in Lisbon. O.Torvald, who represented Ukraine the previous year, are real Atlas Weekend veterans, having performed in the festival every year since it was founded, making their 2019 appearance their fifth in a row.

Preparations for the music festival are in full swing, and further updates can be found on their official Instagram account, where participating artists are still being announced.

Will we see you there? Who else would you like to see performing in Atlas Weekend? Sound off in the comments below!

Melovin! oh he looks so cute 🙂 i miss him …
and i love Hardkiss band, they do an amazing music!
I heard/saw ‘Kazaky’ are back on track, people speculating they want to try Eurovision next year, that would be even more scandalous and sexy and homoerotic than Hatari 😛

If were lucky one day The Hardkiss will represent Ukraine. With a song likeStrange Moves` they would win the whole thing.
