Pride in London 2025 is SERVING!

Yes, that’s right, the star-studded line-up has been finalised. On Saturday 5 July, expect to see funk superstar Chaka Khan, Eurovision 2025 winner JJ and Maltese fan favourite Miriana Conte.

Pride in London 2025

Guided by the organisation’s slogan Embracing Every Shade, Pride in London creates a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere centred on community. Marking 53 years of annual pride events in London, this year’s parade brings together London’s diverse communities and allies in a sun-soaked celebration of acceptance and authenticity.

Previous headliners have included Bebe Rexha, Adam Lambert, Rita Ora, Ava Max and Conchita Wurst. There will be scores of artists across six areas, including Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Golden Square, Soho Square, Dean Street, as well as a Family Stage based in Victoria Embankment. This year, the star-studded roll call shines bright. Let’s take a closer look.

Chaka Khan

A ten-time Grammy Award winner with a career spanning over fifty years, and with over 30 hits to her name, Chaka Khan is affectionately regarded as The Queen of Funk. When she belts out “I’m Every Woman” and “Ain’t Nobody”, we’ll be in total agreement. Nobody does it better!

JJ

Johannes Pietsch, known as JJ in the music world, became the the first solo Eurovision winner born in the 2000s when he won the Eurovision Song Contest earlier this year. He delivered Austria their third Eurovision triumph, and the first since Conchita Wurst, who is no stranger to the Pride in London stage. His musical style combines opera and Europop. His winning entry “Wasted Love” packs a club beat that would keep your feet shuffling in Trafalgar Square. He’s Gen Z, but loved by all ages.

Miriana Conte

Breakout pop star Miriana Conte won the hearts of Maltese music fans when she won the MESC competition at the start of the year. Silenced by conservatives on the continent, her defiance to sing remains a testament to living life on your own terms. She took that persistence and commitment all the way to the Eurovision stage, “Serving” up a storm. Adding her to the 2025 line-up confirms that this is a fan-driven pride event that serves its community. Will she slay? Oh yes, she will!

The parade, which starts at noon in Hyde Park Corner, is led by LGBTQ+ community groups celebrating significant milestones and anniversaries, alongside distinguished supporters, showcasing the rich history and continuing progress of London’s diverse LGBTQ+ communities.

Last year, Pride in London attracted 1.5 million visitors. Similar numbers are expected this year. Also, the pride parade and Trafalgar Square performances are open to the public without charge.
