Junior Eurovision 2025 saw 18 talented young artists take to the stage, but only one could finish the night with the trophy in their hands. After all the votes were counted, it was Lou Deleuze from France who emerged on top with the song “Ce monde.”
This is France’s fourth victory at Junior Eurovision, equalling the record Georgia set after claiming victory last year.

With no Israel, of course Ukraine wins the televote.
I was anti jury a until 3 years ago. But nowadays, I know who will come at the top of the televote regardless of the song. I am in the camp of no Israel but of course yes Ukraine. Doesn’t change the fact that a lot of Ukranian refugees are out there who just spams vote for their home countries. Wasn’t Turkey criticized for this and they changed the voting system?
Felicitations la France! I voted for France along with others. No one is talking about Martina’s great performance and that she got a huge amount of public vote. Even she wasn’t expecting it. I cal her young Taylor Swift! She has a bright future in musique.
it was a incredible show, i watched it back today, loved all the Disney vibes honestly, also the one interval of their past winners Bzikebi that is a new song of theirs we don’t sleep
4 victories in 6 years is pretty impressive!
If a song that resembles some previous ESC song won the contest people would be attacking it terribly. But when that happened here in JESC (France did make a copy of Vola) people are either loving it, or saying it “reminds” them of Vola but still praising it xD Double standards are everywhere and in every aspect of Eurovision, between fans, in the management/EBU, in politics, in everything really.
Well, to be fair, at least the messages of these songs are totally different.
Many song are repeating one word in the refrain. And they have different voices.? Barbara’s voice is rougher.
I thought Armenia’s musicvideo was perfect. Sad that they didn’t put in the background or incorporated it in some way.?????
some of the comments i have seen saying France needs to be stopped from entering is rediculous they won fair and square if other countries stepped up they wont not easilly win
Why can´t these kind of argument be in action when it comes to Sweden at ESC?
Unfortunately Armenia and Georgia have gone too deep into this style where it’s basicly same song over and over, if they’d want to win then the first step would be to bring something different.
The fact France Television, with her president, has also the role of President of EBU means something. They won with the n-th clone of Barbara Pravi. Same song, same camera shots. Etc. Etc. Yawn.
Did they win in 2021 with Barbara thanks to the President of the Ebu? Did they win Eurovision every year thanks to the President of the Ebu? So why in 2022 in 2023 they didn’t get good Esc results then? Did the President of the Ebu say to every jurors and every people at home how to vote? Bro …just think a bit more.
Italian against corruption? Is the Mafia aware of this? Haha.
This is the outcome I was expecting, well done!
Congratulations to our little Lou who sang with all her heart. It’s pretty amazing everything this little girl has experienced in one year: ‘France has Talent,’ then winning the JESC! And on top of that, she has already acted in three films and two TV series. This is just the beginning, and this little star will go far. I am also happy because we will be hosting the contest in France again. I still regret that we couldn’t do it during the third victory because of the Olympic Games. And on top of that, we won’t even have Olivier Minne… Read more »
Every child is a winner on Junior Eurovision as far as I’m concerned, but from the moment I heard Ce Monde without hearing the other songs, I just knew it was special and I’m sure many felt the same. Only the French can work magic with the classic Chanson and create an intimacy with an audience. The red beret with the red dress, the profound lyrics and Lou’s maturity won me over. This is certainly a song appreciated more by the judges than by the voters, but overall that was to be expected. Some would argue this is Voila 2.0… Read more »
It was a VERY good show! I was worried before the contest, because all of the songs were heavily pitch-corrected, which made me unable to listen to them, because I hate that kind of sound. But almost all of the live performances were really good. I’m also happy with the results. I wonder what happened to the televote points, I’ve never seen so equal results. It seems a bit fishy.
A literal copy of Voilà, but Lou absolutely nailed it. In my opinion Georgia and Armenia were the best this year. Especially Georgia’s Anita. Her vocals were out of this world. I wouldn’t have minded a back to back win for them.
Congratulations Lou Deleuze, and well done France. Thank you to everyone involved in JESC 2025, which in my opinion was easily the highest quality year of songs in JESC so far. The kids have shown the adults how it should be done. Bravo.
I voted for France and Poland- so I’m happy about results so wel done France ??
Thank you for voting for Poland. I’m a bit disappointed Poland finished only 8th, but I liked so many songs that I’m not shocked. I absolutely LOVED 8 entries, which I don’t think has ever happened before for me. And guess what – they all ended up in top 10! I liked the 2 remaining ones from the top 10 as well (Netherlands and Portugal), so these results are perfect for me.
San Marino being top 3 in the audience vote warms my heart!
Well deserved victory for France
It was my big favorite
FRANCE Júnior Eurovision
France’s amply deserved victory
We’ll have to talk about the Spanish fans who criticized a 12-year-old child filled with threatening hatred because they want to win.
a disgrace this kind of behavior, disappointed with their reactions
As someone who works in education, I can confirm that children always copy behavior patterns from adults. If their own government and a media channel that broadcasts Eurovision boycott another country with people of more than 10.5 million people (which includes many good people and few bad people, like in any other people in the world), they see nothing wrong with bullying a girl their age or even younger, especially from another country and culture. As they say here, “We always eat porridge that we cooked ourselves”!
Wonderful show, great songs, and well-deserved winner!
she’s so talented and so strong…!! ????
Well done. Beautiful song, worthy of the main contest… As were many to be honest.
Congrats Barbara Pravi on winning JESC with Voilà! I didn’t know it was allowed to bring back a song and performance from the adult contest, though, but well done
I thought exactly the same although it did stand out. I actually thought Barbra Pravi must have wrote it! In the rehearsal it had the same camera shake in the performance as the Voila staging but i see this was dropped tonight.
Usually the same pattern of winning songs is repeated in the next edition (like similar ballads to Georgian song from Last year). So probably we will see more copies from the adult contest next year
Lovely song – almost identical in structure and performance to Barbra pravi’s Voila, but still great
On that note, I am actually amazed that Israel didn’t care to use jesc for their agenda. Children singing a peace song seems like exactly what they would do at the moment. Maybe jesc is just too unimportant, otherwise they would not miss such a chance.
lol it might be their next tactic ?
Just goes goes to show how obsessed and conspiratorial you are with Israel regardless of the topic.
You only keep proving how bitter you are and revolve all your energy and time with negativity, and unhealthy fixations.
Very well deserved. I love that song and the girl sings it extremely well so really only France deserved to come 1st imo. I only watched the voting and noticed Spain, Netherlands and Ireland are there. Isn’t that ironic. The very three countries EBU just waved goodbye to helped them get a jesc country count that isn’t completely embarrassing. Literally, that whole contest would’ve been not worth doing without their help. How thankless do you wanna be? EBU: Yes.
