The Eurovision 2026 season is beginning to heat up. Over the course of the next few months, we will all fall in and out of love with scores of new national final and Eurovision entries. But that doesn’t mean we forget about the artists from past contests.
Contrary to the commonly perpetuated myth about the song contest killing careers, we’re always thrilled to report that singers associated with Eurovision are thriving.
Here is our latest weekly roundup with a selection of the songs released recently by Eurovision stars.
New music from Eurovision artists: 2025 | Week 50
MIKOLAS – “ICON”
We start this week’s round-up with MIKOLAS, who represented Czechia in 2018. His newest song, “Icon”, is a pop track accompanied by a very special music video—more precisely, a road-movie-style visual in which MIKOLAS gathers memories from tour, closing the year with a track that captures every special moment. The lyrics speak about a special person in your life who becomes your “icon”, someone you always want by your side and to whom you want to give all your love and support. This is MIKOLAS’ gift to his fans at the end of a fantastic year, making sure none of them feels lonely.
Miki Núñez – “L’últim petó i el primer”
Miki made everyone dance with his participation in Eurovision in 2019 for Spain. This week, he sings about “The Last and the First Kiss.” The track has a retro sound, being acoustic and nostalgic, while still bringing that unmistakable energy and charisma present in all of Miki’s releases. It is the perfect winter song to put a smile on your face.
Iveta Mukuchyan – “Qo Mi Jpity”
Iveta left a lasting impression when she represented Armenia in 2016. This week, she returns with a song infused with strong traditional influences that suit her perfectly, delivering the confidence we love from Iveta, while the music video is equally impressive. Traditional aesthetics meet modernity and extravagance, resulting in looks that are simply iconic. The accessories seen in the video are authentic ancient Armenian jewellery. Her looks were also inspired by Iveta’s love for Burning Man, the week-long large-scale desert event focused on “community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance.”
Andomache – “Pare Repo”
Back in 2022, Andromache represented Cyprus in Eurovision. “Take a Day Off” is exactly what the title suggests—an encouragement to slow down, take a break, and relax. The music video brings ’90s-inspired visuals, while the song delivers an energetic traditional Cypriot sound with a modern twist that is simply addictive. Andromache is, for sure, a party starter. The song is already viral all over TikTok. The overall vibe is playful, with lyrics that try to convince a loved one to take some time off and spend more moments together.
Lord Of The Lost – OPVS NOIR Vol. 2
Lord Of The Lost is the famous German rock band that competed in Eurovision for their country in 2023. This week is a special one for the band, as their album OPVS NOIR has its second volume finally released. They teased this album through several previous releases, and now they have dropped the full 11-track record. Dark vibes are present throughout, along with the band’s emblematic German rock sound, even though all the lyrics are in English. Some songs lean more toward metal, others toward goth—there is something here for every rock fan.
The album includes four collaborations: one with fellow German band League of Distortion on “Please Break the Silence”, one with British artist IAMX on “What Have We Become?”, one with the Moldovan band Infected Rain on “Would You Go With Me Through Hell?”, and one with Finnish artist Käärijä, who represented Finland at Eurovision 2023, on “Raveyard”.
Alongside the album, the band also released a music video for the song “Winter Dying’s Heart”, a captivating five-minute animated video that will keep you on the edge of your emotions.
Elhaida Dani – Pasqyra e Mbretëreshës
Elhaida represented Albania in 2015, and now, before the end of this year, she is treating us to the release of her new EP The Queen’s Mirror. And we have to agree, she is indeed a queen, and this EP reflects her talent and versatility perfectly. The EP features five songs, all in Albanian and all inspired by traditional Albanian sounds. It opens with a solo track, “1000 Shishe” (1000 Bottles), setting an energetic tone from the very beginning. The EP includes three collaborations, all pure bangers that bring authenticity and energy at their finest, making you dance through both joy and pain: “Ditet e Fundit” (Last Days) with Olsi Bylyku, “Dhimbja Ime Nga Tirana” (My Pain From Tirana) with Mc Kresha, and “Lotet Diamante” (Diamond Tears) with Don Phenom.
The title track, “Pasqyra e Mbretëreshës” (The Queen’s Mirror), stands apart from the rest and also comes with a music video. It is a powerful ballad in which the video places Elhaida face to face with herself, engaging in an eye-to-eye conversation and a symbolic chase where every move represents a decision. This song is a deeply personal chapter that Elhaida kept to herself for a long time, and she is now finally ready to share it with everyone.
Blanca Paloma – “Lo fugaz”
From Spain, we have Blanca, who made her country proud back in 2023 with her Eurovision participation. “The Feelting” is a powerful track with a modern electro-pop sound blended with traditional elements. It is a song about memories that unconsciously make you smile. The predominant color in the music video is white, of course, as Blanca’s name suggests (her name translating as White Dove). Starting as a ballad, the song gradually builds and eventually makes you dance. “You let down my hair, / I let down your imagination, / And we danced close, / We danced slowly, / Just the two of us,” the lyrics bring memories back to life—ones she doesn’t want to forget and still recalls as if they happened yesterday.
About the song, Blanca added:
“Time stands still when a fleeting memory of a joyful experience flashes into your mind. You’re swept away by a wave of nostalgia, reliving that moment that sweeps you away like a hurricane… Suddenly! Everything fades away, leaving a smile on your face.”
IOLANDA – “Vaidade”
IOLANDA is the Portuguese artist who competed for her country last year. This week, she released “Vanity”, a Portuguese ballad inspired by fado music, accompanied by a very artistic music video. The track is touching and dreamy, and her voice is simply mesmerizing. Get ready to discover, and fall once again, for the beauty of Portuguese music.
ISAAK – “Beautiful Fault”
ISAAK represented Germany in Eurovision last year. He has now dropped a new song meant to remind us how warm his voice is and how his acoustic pop songs always hit the spot. The track is an open letter to someone who “shines just like gold”, but even when it’s difficult, you have to leave that person behind, as sometimes you must stop returning again and again to the same place—and the same person.
5MIINUST – “toge vana 5minni tagasi”
The Estonian band 5MIINUST competed in Eurovision last year in a collaboration with Puuluup. Their newest song is called “Good Old 5min Ago”. It features an acoustic country instrumental mixed with rap sections, with the band returning to their original sound and musical style. The song will appear on a very special album set to celebrate the band’s 10th anniversary.
About the anniversary album, the band said:
“To celebrate our 10 years of existence, 5MIINUST will release a compilation album ‘eimilestki migi 2015-2025’. of course, in the band’s rather complicated and strange format. We chose 10 of our favourite songs from the entire band’s catalogue and burned them onto separate CDs. in addition, a vinyl record has been compiled from all types of absolute favourites, where in addition to the band’s 10 favourite songs, there is a completely new introductory track and a great surprise for those who manage to listen to the album until the end.”
Edurne & Leire Martínez – “No se me da bien odiarte”
Edurne represented Spain in Eurovision back in 2015. This week, she enchants us with a collaboration with fellow Spanish artist Leire Martínez on the track “I’m Not Good At Hating You”. The song is about begging the other person to leave, about messing things up but being unable to let go, reaching the point where you have to ask the other one to walk away: “I’m not good at I hate you / Please do your part / All I need now is to beg you / and ask you to let me down.” The song will feature on Leire’s upcoming album Historias de aquella niña.
Charlotte Perrelli & Linda Pritchard – “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)”
Charlotte won Eurovision for Sweden in 1999 and had a second participation in 2008. This week, she collaborated with fellow Swedish artist Linda Pritchard to release a lovely, cozy cover of a classic, “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)”, originally released by Natalie Cole in 1975. Get ready for retro vibes at their finest.
Fabrizio Moro – “Comunque mi vedi”
Fabrizio represented Italy in Eurovision back in 2018, together with Ermal Meta. This week, he returned with “You See Me Anyway”, a powerful rock ballad and another piece from his newest album, Non Ho Paura di Niente, previously released only in physical format and now available on streaming platforms as well. “And I swear, I don’t give a damn if you don’t believe me now, / Beyond the words, beyond the fact that we’re no longer standing,” the lyrics speak about breaking free from a relationship in which you were open and gave everything without receiving the same in return, reaching the point where you no longer care how the other person sees you—or if they see you at all.
Elena Ionescu & Embrah – “Ca-n Orient”
Elena Ionescu was the front woman of Mandinga when the band represented Romania at Eurovision in 2012. Now embarked on a solo career for several years, Elena continues to shine through her own releases. Her newest song is a collaboration with Embrah and is called “Like in the Orient”. As the title suggests, you can expect oriental rhythms, energy, and percussion. The song is part of a Balkan Party project, as Balkan music carries numerous oriental influences. To keep the legacy of Mandinga alive, the track also features a Latin touch, making it a perfect party anthem.
Soraya – “Dance or Die”
Soraya represented Spain in 2009. Her newest track is filled with passion and fire. It is an electro-pop song, perfect for the club. The chorus goes: “Let’s dance / You’re invited to this dance / Let’s play / Come together for this dance / In the dark when everyone is hiding / A spark is lightning.” This is a dance invitation you simply cannot refuse. The music video brings dark vibes, but Soraya is the true diva throughout, playing a savage baddie from start to finish.
DJ Bobo – “You Are My Life”
DJ Bobo competed in Eurovision 2007 for Switzerland. He continues his fantastic musical journey with a new banger, which stands out from his previous releases. The track features female vocals and a Latino rhythm, so get ready to dance. The final result is a Latino love song, still carrying a touch of Eurodance sound.
Kállay Saunders – “Lost At Sea”
Kállay represented Hungary in 2014. His newest song, accompanied by a lyric video, gives fans the first taste of his upcoming album. The track is an alternative R&B song, featuring R&B vocals and a blend of electric guitars. It speaks about those moments when you feel completely adrift, yet are still searching for a sign of hope.
MEGARA – “Oniria”
Megara is the rock band that represented San Marino last year. The song is a powerful ballad, different from what you might be used to from the band, yet the vocals will leave you speechless. It has a spacious, almost sci-fi sound, holding a special place in the hearts of the members, and now they are ready to share it with the world.
SALENA – “Love Is More Than Sex”
SALENA competed in Eurovision 2023 together with TEYA for Austria. Now, with both of them pursuing solo careers, this week we have a new release from Salena with a powerful message about love being more than mere sex. Yet, it’s also a pop track about how, despite all the theories, sometimes the sex is simply too good: “Love is more than sex they say / But the connection works this way / The moment I make you go nuts / You do rearrange my guts.”
Laura Põldvere feat. Paul Neitsov – “Mandi Keskel Oaas”
Laura, known for representing Estonia twice—first in 2005 with the girl group Suntribe and then in 2017 in a duet with Koit Toome—is back with a new release featuring Paul Neitsov. Their new song takes you to an oasis in the middle of the city. It is a pop track with bossa nova influences that is sure to brighten your day.
About her newest song, Laura said:
“Sometimes the road doesn’t take you to the sea or the mountaintop. Sometimes it takes you to the middle of the continent, where silence begins to speak My journey has been through dust and sun, until an oasis appeared – a place where greenery is not accidental and Kaireti Aiailu amps are not just flowers, but signs that you are on the right path. This is not just a song…. It’s a journey…. And sometimes one oasis is enough to make everything fall into place.”
Nikolas Raptakis – Vgaino Ethniki
Nikolas represented Greece in 2014 as part of the duo Freaky Fortune, together with Theofilos “Teo” Pouzbouris. Now on a solo career for several years, Nikolas has dropped a new EP called I’m Going National. All five songs are inspired by traditional Greek music and are sure to make you dance. Each track is energetic, infused with Greek colours, and ready to find its place in your playlist. Alongside the traditional sound, some songs also bring a touch of humour.
About this EP Nikolas added:
“Last August we met with a super cool group of creators and started writing songs for a cult folk project that I had in mind… The 5 songs have been made with this logic. They are all based on humour, folk music and the paranoia that represents me. I couldn’t be happier with the people and the result!”
Boggie & Petruska – Hunclorique
We miss Hungary at Eurovision, but we do celebrate its music in this round-up. Boggie represented her country at Eurovision in 2015. Her newest project is a collaboration with Petruska, and their new album celebrates Hungarian musical heritage at its best. The album marks 20 years of their friendship, and more projects from the two of them will most likely follow. It includes 12 tracks, with an intro and an outro, all inspired by Hungarian folklore. Many of the songs carry a dreamy ballad vibe, but “Szederinda” (Blackberry) is sure to make you dance.
Anxhela Peristeri & Erik – “Dy ditë”
Anxhela represented Albania in 2021, and this week she released a collaboration with Erik. Their newest track is called “Two Days”, and it is the perfect winter ballad, bringing a dreamy vibe and flawless vocal chemistry between the two artists. The piano enhances the instrumental, adding a romantic touch to the track. The music video revolves around candles, contrasts between light and darkness, and elegance, perfectly matching the song’s overall atmosphere. The song is the first release from Anxhela’s upcoming EP and speaks about time, distance, love, and unforgettable feelings that remain suspended no matter how hard you try to erase them.

Pablo Nouvelle feat. Nemo – “Walk Away”
Nemo won Eurovision for Switzerland last year. This time, we have a collaboration with Pablo Nouvelle. The result is a pop track with multiple transitions, moving from slow sections to a rap pre-chorus, paired with heart-breaking lyrics about someone playing with your feelings—a person you still want to ask not to walk away: “I always thought I was better than this / I always thought there was more for me to say / But please don’t walk away.” The track is featured on Pablo’s new album 2025, released just before the end of this year.
Pablo added about his collaboration with Nemo:
“What started as loose song sketches turned into a diary that carried on through the year. And on the last release of my 2025 series, the person who helped me from the very beginning to bring these tracks to life is finally stepping into the foreground. Walk Away feat. Nemo! And maybe. But only maybe. They once really played at a wedding in Indonesia. A long time ago.”
byealex és a slepp – “hungarian mambo”
More from the Hungarian music scene, we have byealex, who represented his country at Eurovision in 2013. The song is called “hungarian mambo”, but it is actually a pop R&B track in which byealex impresses with his rap skills, as well as with an effective black-and-white music video that makes you wonder if you have accidentally entered one of his dreams, where nothing is what it seems. According to byealex, this is the perfect song for Santa’s season, but with a sexy twist.
Vjekoslav Magdalenic feat. Jacques Houdek – “A Different Corner”
Jacques represented Croatia in 2017. This week, we have a collaboration with Vjekoslav Magdalenic. The music video takes you into the studio, where the two artists cover George Michael’s unforgettable track “A Different Corner.” The song doesn’t need any presentation anymore, but the result of this cover is a cinematic pop ballad in which two outstanding voices shine, bringing a classic back into the spotlight.

Vincent Bueno feat. Bryan Mac – “Moonlight”
Vincent was initially selected to represent Austria in 2020, when the contest was canceled due to the pandemic, but he was chosen to compete again in 2021. This week, we have a collaboration with Bryan Mac. The song has a slow ’90s R&B sound, blending genres and moods. It carries a fancy, glam feel while remaining sweet, with a mixture of electric guitars and moody, powerful lyrics: “We keep our heads upon the line / It’s a narrow road we chose / Two sons, two stories intertwined / In the shadow where the moonlight glows.” The song is about their fathers, who played together in the band The Headliners.
About the song, Vincent said:
“Why I love this track so much is because it represents the sound we grew up with and is sonically shaped by OPM, Neo Soul & the good slow song R&B from back in the day. AND I’m very proud to be singing with you bro. This friendship does mean a lot! We keep sharpening each other in the realtalk and also in the spiritual. To many more songs.”
Bujāns – “Daudz Laimes Dzimšanas Dienā”
We end up this week’s roundup with Bujāns, a duo from Latvia formed by Intars Busulis and Reinis Sējāns. Intars represented his country at Eurovision in 2009, and Reinis competed in 2006 as part of the group Cosmos. You might also know the duo from Supernova, Latvia’s national selection, where they participated in 2022.
Their newest song is called “Happy Birthday”, and it features Lāsma Novika as well. Get ready for a club banger—an EDM track. “(From) early morning I fly / (Because) today is my birthday / (Come) let’s fly side by side / (That) will be more fun than one by one,” the song is the perfect anthem for celebrating your special day and boosting your mood. The music video brings the party vibe even more.
