Agnete from Norway has just finished her second rehearsal of her song “Icebreaker” at the Globen Arena in Stockholm and a lot of people are very happy with this performance. As in the first rehearsal, the Norwegian entry is a dialled down version of what was presented to us in Melodi Grand Prix, the Norwegian national final. However, she did sound absolutely phenomenal.
The second rehearsal was incredibly similar to the first rehearsal. Still owning the life out of the white two piece outfit, Agnete stood stationary on the stage as wintery snow flakes on the LED floor moved around her. She was also accompanied on stage by her backing dancer who took interpretive to an icy new level.
In light of recent events in which Agnete’s mental health was in jeopardy, she still managed to perform three very strong run-throughs of her song “Icebreaker” without any issues. If this trend continues, we could see Norway doing quite well in this years contest.

I think this is a dark horse ! This could easily go top five !
@Bhrister Cjorkman – Exactly what I was thinking!
Definite qualifier and should be comfortably top 15.
This is really good and could be one of those that surprise us!
I have so much respect for Agnete. She’s wonderful and truly deserves a good placing. And I hope she can take her time after the contest to fully recover.
As always her vocal is absolutely phenomenal. I have never been afraid that she would not deliver on stage, she has proved that in compatition before, she always end up in the top. She is a great dancer, songwriter and singer and only 21 year old. Even with her health problem she is going to deliver like no one else would have managed.
She did good job. She’s in my top 5. I wish her victory.
Lol, her record label is taking down all these videos. Are they not happy?
Missed opportunity. They should make the ice shatter at Icebreaker. Much improved vocals and once again it is a top 10 for me.
