A total of 21 acts will compete in the final of Albania’s Festivali i Këngës 61. That’s after five artists from the Newcomers section were eliminated during the semi-finals.
Tonight Albanians will enjoy Show 3 — Nostalgia Night — during which guest artists will perform some of the biggest FiK classics. The show starts at 21:00 CET and, as ever, you’re welcome to comment down below throughout the show. We’ll embed the livestream video link from RTSH as soon as it’s available.
Many fans will be tuning out. So we thought we’d launch our final FiK 61 poll to determine who you want to see singing at Eurovision in Liverpool.
As you’re well-aware by now, this year is a little different. The juries will choose the winner of Festivali i Këngës 61. However, their winner does not automatically get a ticket to Eurovision. It’s the public who will decide who gets the ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest in a separate vote. This means the winner of the festival may not actually get the ticket to Eurovision.
You can vote for as many artists as you’d like, but you can only vote one time. Be sure to tick the box next to every act you want to support before pressing submit.
FiK 61: Who should win Albania’s public vote and sing at Eurovision 2023?
Shpresoj që të fitojë Albina dhe familja.
Super këngë .
am in Tirana now and i see fik final live i hope that elsa lila win …..
A Belgian website, songfestival.be, claims that Gala Dragot ( a Belgian artist who’s in competition to represent Belgium on the ESC 2023 ) will be performing as a guest tonight. I’m so curious to see that.
If Albania wants a top 5 result, they should send Elsa.
In the first night I was saying that I would not really mind Albania sending Albina at ESC. But after watching the 2nd night I changed my mind.
Albania’s highest position while sending a song with ethnic elements was 16th (Ledina Celo) and that was 17 years ago.
If Albania want to replicate a similar success as with Rona Nishliu, with what they have to offer, they should send Elsa.
Elsa Lila !
For me either Elsa or Manjola, I love those songs
Albina, I guess. Honestly, none of the songs do much for me.
Elsa Lila stands out by a mile! Albania would have a chance for a top5 with this and possibly best ever result. Very unique
For me Albina or Elsa Lila.
Fifi is good but a revamp its very important if she win…
But, Albina its my big favorite !
Good Luck beautiful artists !
Only one who likes FiK this year? Just from listening to the snippets in MESC I really like 7 Songs, however either Fifi or Enxhi Nasufi should win FiK
Not Elsa, please. What an irritating voice! Like nails on the blackboard… or Celine Dion. On the other hand, we all need a bathroom break during ESC. 🙂
You thought you did something with this?
So Albania are sending yet another ballad this year. Ronela was a one off it seems.
Exactly
Don’t know if any Albanians can let us know but, is there any chance that the public vote might go for somebody like Lynx? Or is this just an impossibility? I know they’re not getting talked about but they’re a good band and the song is definitely decent.
No chance, unless Lynx has money to buy all the votes needed.
I’ve noticed every comment that likes Alfred’s song gets downvoted on this site. Guess people haven’t forgiven him for his part in 2018.
It’s a shame because, and I’ll say this quietly, he has one of the nicer songs in the selection.
I wonder if we will get the same winner for both the jury in public vote or if they’ll be two separate winners. I guess we’ll have to find out tomorrow.
Albina and Elsa Lila
I really like Enxhi’s song I hope she wins
Yeah Elsa probably the only song that could make some sort on impact at Eurovision. Doubt it would go huge in the televote so. Alabania s usual problem, qualification then no where in the final. Fik always has a budget San Remo vibe to me. Shame as they usually have great singers but with a few exceptions the songs are kind of lacking. With a bit more work and production, some of these songs have potential, maybe its a budget thing.
I could hardly listen to many of these songs. The only song that I was able to enjoy was Elsa. I want the best for Albania but this selection are not the songs that will get votes from other countries at Eurovision.
Elsa Lila.
Elsa was stunning again. She’s flawless. Voice, stage presence and class
And what a smart move to bring Capital T for the duo
This is where I confess that I am a total neophyte to national selections (and American lol) and this one seems like… an acquired taste, at best. It feels almost pre-modern, and at heart I’m definitely more progressive. Perhaps tellingly, almost all my favorites were in the new artist grouping. That said, I still thought Elsa was clearly the class of the contest.
Albina& Fifi or Evi should win in my opinion … not gonna lie – This year is weakest FIK since 2018 🙁
Fifi.
Elsa Lila
Man, FIK is so boring. Just pick anyone, no one will notice.
Good for the UK to finally take an action after barely being noticed by anyone for 12 years
I want to hear someone from Albania. What is their opinion, which act do they like and which act do they think that has the most chances of actually winning. My favourites are Albina Kelmendi (& family) and Vanesa Sono, but I also like Lynx, Evi Reci and Rovena Dilo. Not a huge fan of the song ‘Evita’, however I do understand why so many people love it. Does anyone of the aforementioned have a chance of winning?
It’s most likely gonna be Fifi vs Albina and her family for the televote. Fifi has a huge fanbase but Albina’s song is the one receiving the most love and views and comments. Elsa Lila could also win the televote though, although she has less chances than Fifi or Albina. All in all, only these 3 can win the televote. I don’t think anyone else can
Thank you for your response!
Elsa is the best, by every measure.
Albina or Elsa please
I’ve heard the snippets and Fifi’s song sounds the most for Eurovision.
Again, there’s no such thing.
Why though?
It’s simply not very good.
Pick the best song. I’m sure Suus and Mall weren’t considered the “most for Eurovision” either.
2 Farm is the only one that sounds like Eurovision to me!
There’s no such thing.
There absolutely IS!!!
