Summer is the quiet period for Eurovision fans as we wait for the new season to commence. Thankfully, the music will always continue and a number of Eurovision artists are still producing new songs for us to enjoy.

Contrary to the commonly perpetuated myth about the song contest killing careers, we’re always thrilled to report that singers associated with Eurovision are thriving.

Here is our latest weekly roundup with a selection of the songs released recently by Eurovision stars.

New music from Eurovision artists: 2025 | Week 25

BLANCO – “Maledetta Rabbia”

This week’s roundup starts with BLANCO. He is the Italian rising star who competed alongside Mahmood back in 2022. This week he graces us with a brand-new song, called “Damn Anger.” The song is a pure Italian banger, where BLANCO consumes all his anger following a deception. The music video is very interesting too, created just like a hallucination, a crazy mirage. You have no clue what’s about to happen, but it’s a visual representation of the feeling of going crazy because of pain.

Arilena Ara – “Weightless”

Arilena is an international sensation from Albania. She was selected to represent her country back in 2020 when the contest was unfortunately canceled. Yet, the Eurovision fans still hope for her return one day. Her newest song is a powerful ballad that showcases her incredible voice perfectly and, as many fans noticed, it even has a Eurovision sound. The song speaks about a love that makes you feel “weightless (…) sending you above the stars.” The music video is a mix of weightless sensations, from floating in the water to falling high in the sky. She is definitely exploring the universe in the newest music video.

Ben Cristovao & Sofian Medjmedj – KHAOSAN

Ben was initially selected to represent Czechia in 2020, when Eurovision was canceled. He returned the next year, in 2021. This week he dropped a 14-track album together with Sofian Medjmedj. All songs are in Czech. The album brings a perfect blend, not only on a vocal level between the two artists, but also between music genres, being a perfect combo of pop and rap. “FANCY” is just one of the songs that we’ll definitely keep on the loop.

MARO & Patrick Watson – “The Wandering”

MARO represented Portugal in 2022. She has a brand-new featuring with the well-known Canadian singer-songwriter Patrick Watson. The newest song is artistic, bringing the best indie alternative vibes, accompanied by a music video filled with contemporary dance. The song speaks about people you meet along the road, people with whom you wander around in a world when you don’t know who you are anymore: “Wrapped in my foreign heart/ I don’t know where we are / Can’t remember my name / And she feels the same/ And now we’ll be sad/ At the end of the road/ We don’t want this conversation to end anymore/ Don’t know where we’re going/ Don’t know where we have been.”

About the song, the artists said:

“This song is about the beautiful loneliness surrounding us in this world.”

Charlotte Perrelli – “La Bondad de Dios”

Charlotte is the Swedish winner of Eurovision 1999. She also returned in 2008. This week she released “The Kindness of God,” a Spanish gospel ballad that praises the Lord. Charlotte has her signature voice that delivers both power and sensibility at the same time. This is her first Spanish release after a period spent training herself in learning the language and the right pronunciation.

Stefania – “Bliksem”

Stefania was selected to represent Greece in 2020 and, as the contest was canceled that year, she returned in 2021. With her newest release “Lightnings” she honors her Dutch roots. The song is in Dutch and it has a retro funky glam, while the music video brings you straight into a club party. This release shows a different side of Stefania that fans didn’t know up until now, but that makes everyone curious about what is actually coming next. The song will make you dance while the lyrics speak about chasing your dreams.

Tamta – THE VILLAIN HEROINE

Tamta, who represented Cyprus in 2019, has dropped the extended edition of her new LP. After previously releasing two EPs — titled THE VILLAIN and THE HEROINE — she’s combined them together to form the full LP. This new version adds in two new tracks — “DOMINO” and “MILES HIGH.”

Alongside the album she dropped a new music video for her hyperpop track “Hello Kitty,” a kawaii result meant to connect Tamta’s Greek culture with the Japanese one that strongly influences the album, through the iconic character Hello Kitty. Join her in her dollhouse.

DJ Stephan & Nore Pierre feat. Elena Tsagrinou – “Reggaeton”

Elena, who also represented Cyprus but one year later, in 2021, has a very interesting summer collaboration with DJ Stephan and Nore Pierre. As the title says, it’s a reggaeton track ready to get you dancing and to put you in the summer mood.

Olta, Reshit & Stiv Boka – “Dy thesare”

Olta represented Albania in Eurovision 2008. This week she collaborates with her father and her brother in a new release named “Two Treasures.” We have a traditional Albanian song, obviously about family. Reshit, the father of the two singer siblings, sings about his children, his most precious treasures, together with them in a very touching and emotional collaboration.

Tamara Todevska feat. Igor Dzambazov – “Lavirint”

Tamara represented North Macedonia in 2019, when she even won the jury vote. This week she joined hands with Igor Dzambazov on “Labrinth.” The song has an interesting modern jazzy sound that suits Tamara very well while she sings about the cruel and unfair side of this life that feels like a labyrinth sometimes. The moral? Enjoy the love and the company of your dear ones while together.

LUM!X, Luca-Dante Spadafora & Justin Jesso – “Stronger”

LUM!X is the famous DJ who represented Austria with Pia Maria in 2022. He is back with a brand-new collaboration with Luca-Dante Spadafora and Justin Jesso. They bring a perfect summer hit, supported by a warm-colored tones music video, yet even if catchy and ready to make you dance, the song has a very emotional aspect: it’s a tribute to the late beloved DJ Avicii.

Montaigne – it’s hard to be a fish

Montaigne was initially selected to represent Australia in 2020. After the cancellation of that year’s edition, she was among the lucky artists who returned the next year. This week we have a new album that contains 10 tracks about swinging through life, just like a fish. But this can be tough sometimes. The opening track is “keep going!” already spreading some optimism. The genres of the album are pop indie and pop art.

There are a few music videos for some of the songs; this week she dropped one for “best case scenario.” If you watch all the music videos from the songs of this album, you will soon understand that they tell a story about a girl born looking like a sea creature. While this is the fourth album of her career, it is also the first independent one.

Princ – “Lejla”

Princ is one of the contestants of this year’s Eurovision, as he represents Serbia. Similar to his Eurovision entry, his newest song is also a ballad with traditional influences, perfectly crafted for his voice and with a music video that brings the romantic tension that the lyrics deliver. The song speaks about a simple man, “not rich nor a beggar/ (…) neither a saint or a bastard,” incurably in love with a girl called Layla.

ISAAK & Myle – “What If”

ISAAK represented Germany last year, in 2024. This week he collaborates with Myle. Their friendship arises in a nostalgic pop song that’s filled with good vibes and challenges you. The main idea is that, in a world where “what if” is a question that influences our every decision, what if we start to live life to the maximum and enjoy? Get your positive vibes from them!

5MIINUST – “vanad noormehed”

From Estonia we have 5MIINUST, who competed in Eurovision last year alongside Puuluup. This week’s song is called “old young men.” We have a perfect midsummer song, both modern and with a traditional vibe that is meant to be enjoyed by an audience of all ages, being a bridge between generations. The music video is fun, presenting a journey from the countryside to the city in… let’s say a unique way.

Luke Black – “Roses In The Concrete”

Luke represented Serbia in 2023. He is well-known for a unique, nonconformist and bold style both in his music and in the visuals of his songs. This time he surprised the fans with a new style, a country song, that comes with a music video. Very different from everything he ever released before, Luke is ready to explore new musical horizons. The lyrics say: “Don’t tell me that I cannot do it/ I will stand and hold my ground/ Through the winter and the summer/ I will grow all year around.” The song was inspired by “the heat of Belgrade’s streets and beauty in revolution.”

About the song, Luke declared:

“I want to take a moment to speak not just as an artist, but as a human being who’s been deeply moved by the strength and the spirit of the youth in Serbia over the past months. The song (…) is a testament to resilience, to growing beauty in impossible places and to the quiet power of resistance. (…) When we wrote it we imagined a fragile but determined flower pushing through stone, something soft and full of life defying a world that often feels cold and unwelcoming. Watching the students of Serbia take on the streets, demand dignity and defend their future, I see now that the song is also about them — about you. Your voices, your signs, your presence are the water that cracks the concrete. You are that defiant beauty, rising up even when everything around you tries to tell you to sit down. You remind me why I make music.”

Gus G. feat. Ronnie Romero – “My Premonition”

Ronnie was the vocalist of Intelligent Music Project, the last representatives of Bulgaria before their hiatus from Eurovision, in 2022. This week he teamed up with Gus G. Gus G is a well-known Greek heavy metal guitarist who played in the bands of numerous famous artists, including Ozzy Osbourne. The two artists are even touring around the world, both in numerous European cities, but also all over Japan. Their newest song is the perfect rock addition to your playlist, as the song comes with bold instrumentals and lyrics that speak about keeping your hope that a relationship can still be fixed: “Can’t you see, I still believe,/ Even when you say it’s over…/ Don’t tell me you believe it’s over./ Take a look at your own life—/ To you, I’m just a stranger./ Don’t say that you believe it’s over.”

Stockholm Cowboys feat. Dotter – “Cotton Eye Joe (Single And Free)”

A very interesting collaboration comes, uniting Sweden with Estonia. A new male duo has emerged in the last few weeks — we are talking about the Stockholm Cowboys, a duo formed by Victor Crone, the Swedish artist who represented Estonia in Eurovision 2019, and Stig Rästa, the Estonian singer who represented his country in 2015 and ever since has been a very present figure, especially as a songwriter for numerous Estonian artists who competed in the following years. They teamed up with Dotter, the beloved Swedish singer who has multiple participations in Melodifestivalen, in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2024.

Their newest song seems like a continuation, a new version of the iconic country song “Cotton Eye Joe,” originally released by Rednex in 1994. Released on the occasion of Midsummer, the song is joyful, ready to set you in the summer mood — a great blend of country and pop — and, opposite to the original version, it changes the narrative to a happy single life.

Páll Óskar & TORFI – “EF ÞÚ HEFUR ÁHUGA”

Páll represented Iceland in 1997. This week he collaborates with the fellow Icelandic musician TORFI. The song is called “If You Are Interested” and will soon become your next pop dance anthem. This duet between the legendary artist Páll Óskar, who has impressed with his dance tracks for years, and the rising star TORFI, who brings the freshness of contemporary music, works perfectly. The song was debuted at Kiki Queer Bar in Reykjavik.

Oto Nemsadze feat. Limbo – “Mkidia”

From Georgia, we have a new release from Oto, who competed in 2019. He collaborated this week for a fresh song with Limbo. His newest song is artistic, having a mysterious vibe and a captivating sound, making it an original addition to your playlist. The music video is also very qualitative, bringing a cinematic story that will keep your interest up until the end. This song will feature on Oto’s future album.

Blue Desert feat. Jan Johansen – “I’m Sorry”

Jan represented Sweden in Eurovision 1995. This week he joins the list of collaborations that we have in this round-up with his collaboration with Blue Desert. We have a retro-style ballad, powerful and where the backing vocals only lift the song even more, giving it even more power.

Tinkara Kovač & Uroš Cingesar – “Ni ga več časa”

Tinkara represented Slovenia in 2014. This week she teamed up with Uroš Cingesar. The song, “Out of Time,” is a mixture of slow, mysterious rhythms and effervescent, colorful, energetic rhythms. The song is filled with authenticity.

Arash – “Bi Janbeh”

Arash took part in Eurovision 2009, together with Aysel representing Azerbaijan. The song is a perfect radio track, keeping that one kind of cultural authenticity. The music video uses AI and takes you on a crazy journey in a surreal universe.

Danijela Martinović – “Sve je na svon mistu”

Danijela represented Croatia in 1995 and 1998. She delights us with a serene summer track. Her newest song is called “Everything is in order.” The song, warm as a summer breeze, has a peaceful, healing vibe.

Danijela said about it:

“May this song bring you peace, that peace when you truly know that everything is in its place, look up to Heaven and whisper ‘Thank you.'”

CORDEL feat. Salvador Sobral – “Nau Frágil”

Salvador won Eurovision for Portugal in 2017. This week, together with CORDEL he released a new track called “Fragile Ship.” The magic of fado music takes over, sending you straight into a Portuguese summer holiday, with Salvador’s voice reaching straight for your heart, touching every emotional string.

Ivo Linna & Supernova – “Elu Maal”

Ivo represented Estonia in 1996 with Maarja-Liis. Teaming up with the band Supernova, Ivo dropped “Life on Earth,” a song that will take you into a different dimension. A story about the way in which life began on Earth, the Estonian legend takes us on a retro musical journey showcasing the style that made him famous in music.

Omar Naber – “Sijaj”

Omar represented Slovenia twice, once in 2005 and once in 2017. His newest song is called “Sijaj,” an optimistic tune that will serve as your confidence booster. The song is a powerful ballad, and if you are a fan of violins, you will love this track and its modern symphonic sound.

Naber has also released an English version, titled “Shine.”

We end this week’s roundup with a song that’s new without being new. We speak about Zoë’s Eurovision entry that represented Switzerland this year, “Voyage.” The song finished in 10th place at Eurovision. In this new version, Zoë does not make any changes to the sound or the beautiful French lyrics, but she adds one more voice to the whole composition — and we’re speaking here about Louane, who represented France this year and who finished in 7th place in the Grand Final. Eurovision fans were more than delighted to see how the contest unites people and countries and to see how the contestants kept their friendships and good collaborations even after the show.

Which of these new songs is your favourite? Have we missed out on any? Do you have any artists you want to shout out to? Let us know in the comments.
