Earlier this year iconic designer Ralph Lauren invited her to New York Fashion Week where she attended one of his shows as a special guest alongside fellow celebrities like Ciara.
And on Thursday singer Iveta Mukuchyan seemed to have put her new-found fashion knowledge to good use, as she revealed a series of stunning images taken during the filming of her Eurovision 2016 postcard.
The Armenian beauty looks absolutely radiant as she shows off her natural skill in front of the camera.
“We had only one day for the shoot, but we had so much stuff to do,” she said in a statement sent to wiwibloggs. “Despite the constant rain, we still managed to get a lot of beautiful shots of some of Armenia’s most iconic places.”

This year the postcards will present the artist and the country, while highlighting national traditions and the artist’s hobbies and interests.
“We also tried to include some symbolic elements like apricot trees, a huge chess board and, for the first time, you’ll see me making traditional Armenian bread Lavash.”
“It was truly amazing and I’m really looking forward to seeing the postcard in May. I think you’re going to love it.”
Oliver Martin, the director behind this year’s postcards, said he loved his time in Yerevan.
“This year’s concept is very unique. We are trying to present the country through the artist – his hobbies, interests, etc. We are using various shots to make the postcards even more beautiful.”
“And we’re having a great time in Armenia. The capital is very beautiful, people are kind and very hospitable. And it’s a pleasure to work with Iveta. She’s very creative and professional. I think the postcard is going to look great.”
Armenia’s team simultaneously released a behind-the-scenes video, which shows Iveta turning up — and turning out — in a variety of situations.
Despite fierce winds that blow her hair and her clothes, she remains upbeat and positive, frequently smiling and laughing with photographers.
She exudes the same kindness when dealing with animals.
At one point Iveta slips into finely tailored jockey gear and mounts a horse who happily gallops as she encourages him along.
In one of the most delightful scenes Iveta trades high fashion for workwear, putting on a baker’s outfit — replete with puffy white hat — as she makes traditional Armenian bread.
Not afraid to get her hands dirty, she beats and kneads the dough before throwing it into the oven.
Despite the very physical work, she still plays a dramatic make-up game, adding drama with her red lip and finely sculpted eyebrows.

Iveta is beautiful, she has a powerful voice, her song is unlike anything we heard this year (and actually ever heard at the ESC) and I’m sure she’s going to be one of the ESC trophy candidates.

Anime Iveta at the bottom gave me life. Also, what a charming (if not tremendously original) idea for a postcard – there are a lot of really cool personalities I’ve noticed even before interview season, and this is a fun way to highlight them before the performances.
My ranking of the song is exactly like Light Star’s ranking. Great song and would be very happy if we head to Yerevan in 2017
