Poland’s Kasia Mos on her Eurovision celebrity status: “I never expected to achieve this!”

Ever since she won Krajowe Eliminacje in February, Kasia Mos has been on the road. She has performed at all of the Eurovision pre-party concerts held so far — and we have loved meeting her at every single one of them.

“I am exhausted,” the blonde beauty confessed to wiwiblogger William in Amsterdam. “Yesterday I went to bed at 9 and I couldn’t fall asleep. I even started to cry because I was thinking like, ‘Oh my God, why can’t I fall asleep, I’m so tired?'”

And while she may have had her sunglasses on, we could still see into her soul and once again saw a kind, caring woman with a heart of gold.

The 30-year-old stunner performed across America as part of The Pussycat Dolls Burlesque Revue, which saw her wowing audiences from Los Angeles to New York.

Funnily enough, the whole thing came about as a result of a girls’ night out.

“I’ve been to visit my friend and I sang karaoke and I signed the contract with Robin Antin from the Pussycat Dolls.” As easy as that!

Kasia used her time in Las Vegas to see some of the most famous Vegas shows, but she did not go to see Britney Spears. Why?

“I was jealous,” she whispered.

Speaking of the support she has been getting both in Poland and abroad, Kasia seemed truly touched.

“I never expected I was gonna achieve this in my life…I’m really honestly so thankful and so happy, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.”

Kasia Mos interview at Israel Calling

Earlier this month in Tel Aviv, Kasia compared her two Krajowe Eliminacje entries “Addiction” from 2016 and this year’s “Flashlight“.

“I loved both of those songs, but maybe my style is more like ‘Addiction’, but I also love ‘Flashlight’. I cannot choose because I was creating both of those songs.”

She also emphasized the importance of pre-Eurovision events.

“I am very happy that we can actually sing our songs and be more confident after, so I think it’s very good that we have an opportunity to do it.”
