Lithuania’s Eurovizijos 2014 is about to grind to a halt. After countless weeks of competition and one disqualification, Lithuanian broadcaster LRT has finally revealed the final three songs in the running for Eurovision. The results were determined by combining the points from the professional jury with votes fans cast through the internet. On February 22 the three final acts—Mia, Vilija Mataciunaite and Vaidas Baumila—will each perform the three final songs. Votes from the Lithuanian jury, international jury, and televoters will determine the song that will represent Lithuania at Eurovision 2014. The artist chosen to sing that song will be decided on March 1.
The three songs competing in the semi-final this Saturday are: Attention, Take A Look At Me Now and It’s All About A Boy.

Last Saturday, Monika Linkyté got eliminated just before the final, but here’s her great performance of It’s All About A Boy.
Here’s (my personal favorite), and one of the three finalists, Vaidas Baumila performing Attention.
The winner of the last week’s show Mia performing Take A Look At Me Now.

I have to say that MIA is the best perfrormer of all!!
I refuse to vote. My favorite song was “Worlds Apart”!
@Avaled
I noticed that too, but a lot of songs can sound similar to each other.
OMG¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ Take A Look At Me Now = SELENA GOMEZ- Come & Get It.
Something’s wrong here.. “it’s all about a boy” shouldn’t be on the final. They kept “Worlds apart” out of the final on purpose! btw I love Mia’s voice a lot and she deserves a place on the final!? I think Viljia was the one who should have left the contest.
I totally agree with Lea! All songs are crap.. Best by far was “Worlds apart”, for me and with the “strange” last jury vote it was left out of the race. For once more, Lithuania gets exposed internationally.
I’ve had a drastic change in opinion. After listening to the videos in the article, Mia’s performance of “Take a Look at Me Now” blew me away. I don’t know why, but I really hope that’s the combination Lithuania goes with. I think it’s almost definite Mia will win since both the jury and public seem to love her, but for the song it’s really anybody’s game. My vote has now changed to “Take a Look at Me Now”, and since Lithuania is lucky enough to be in the second semi-final, they may be able to qualify, especially since the… Read more »
All the songs are horrible. Stupid jury that got Worlds Apart eliminated! that one would have suited Vaidas perfectly, mostly since the three chosen songs are composed mostly for female performers. I think Vaidas is the stronger performer here, followed by Vilija, but since Lithuania tends to have a… weird taste on choosing eurovision entries, I guess the winner will be Mia.
Too bad. Vaidas and Vilija are way better.
Was sad too to hear that Monika was eliminated ;[ Vaidas totally changed my opinion on Attention though.. and not just because of his looks! 😛 The version he did sounded good. It’s not too bad. I actually like It’s All About A Boy! But we already had a song like that fail in Iceland.. Wouldn’t mind Take a Look at Me Now.
I’m surprised blowing out cobwebs didn’t get through as it nearly always got top marks from the public. But I hated that song anyway and Attention was my favourite from the start. I think its the best song.
Vilija must win!
All songs is very very bad
I can’t find one worth voting for either. And I thought that was just because I couldn’t hear the songs properly with a Lysol ad running at the side of the page.
All the songs are terrible, and the only one I didn’t strongly dislike was “Blowing Out Cobwebs”. But of course that one’s eliminated. None of the singers are good, except Monika, who I thought had a brilliant voice and would’ve been able to qualify if she had a good song. But of course Lithuania screwed that one up too. My favourite song out of three would have to be “It’s All About a Boy” even though none are necessarily good. And since I strongly dislike Mia, and I doubt Lithuania, being a generally conservative country, would have a male singer… Read more »
Is it just me or is the guy who sings Attention out of tune the whole time?
It’s All About A Boy is the strongest vocally, and my favourite, but it’s not the sort of song that will do well at Eurovision, unfortunately.
Vilija Mataciunaite – Attention. That will be splendid. Lithuania, you’re welcomed to ruin that.
My favorite song was “It’s not too late” but my second fave is “Take a Look at me now”. But, “Attention” it’s interesting
LOL. THEY ARE ALL TERRIBLE SONGS! I refuse to vote.
