Chris: After a fairly languid performance in the first set of rehearsals, Slovenia’s Maraaya have turned it around by trimming the fat and tightening up their camera angles. The stage no longer looks empty and the shots of Raay and the “violinist” now fulfill their promise: They drive the performance forward and give it real life. With Marjetka’s vocals, this is back in contention.

Basically nothing different from what we have seen from the national final. The headphones are still there which I suspect will piss off a lot of viewers who will not understand it (just like with Marta throwing her shoes) but does she really have to have this ugly black chord hanging from them as well?
@daniel, those headphones gives her an edge… that is why you react. everything that is out of the ordinary gives reactions. especially from people like you.
I just want to get up there and take those headphones from her head and smash them! This is the stupidest gimmick ever!
Maarya is this year most un-impressive pre-show favourite. I have a hard time seeing this making top5 in its current state.
The ‘violinist’ is the only really gimmick we have on stage this year so far :O
I don’t like the headphones. She makes me think of all those anti-social women (and men) out and about who are basically saying that the rest of us aren’t worth listening to.
Honestly the more i watch the rehearsals, the more i believe that its better to watch eurovision on tv then at the arena. Sure you got the atmosphere there, but besides the artists (which you cant really see at times) you see camera man running around.
While on tv, with the correct lights and the LED screen and floor it all will look amazing.
Still my second favorite this year but i think i gotta agree with everyone else. I love the headpthones but the dress…nothing wrong with it, but it just looks really “heavy” if you understand what i mean. I just look at that and imagine marjetka being super hot and clausterphobic in it, it’s too much weight and thats why she can’t move. I just feel restricted looking at it lol, i wish she wore either a tighter more body conforming out fit or a looser dress. But other than that, I’m rooting for a Ljubljana 2016 <333
