Summer is here and with that comes loads of spare time to catch up on new (and not-so-new) releases from our favourite Eurovision stars. Dima Bilan is no exception. His song “Don’t Be Silent” — a heartfelt ballad about speaking up to save a cracked relationship — has left me swooning.

In the song, Dima desperately tries to win back the love of his life, begging her to tell him how she feels so they can move forward. The video is presented like a scrapbook of memories, with shots cutting between Dima looking out the window (“I’m alone!”) to shots of his blonde lover grabbing him from behind and feeling his exposed stomach. We can’t blame her. But apparently she doesn’t want to hold on forever, leaving Dima to sing…

Don’t be silent, tell me at least two words

And they will save our love…..

She ultimately disappears into the distance — and without Mr Bilan. It’s a heartbreaking song, but by the end we see Dima dancing in a window sill. Not even she can stop him from dancing.

Dima last tried to get back to Eurovision in 2012, when he and ex-t.A.T.u girl Yulia Vokova narrowly lost out to the adorable Buranovskiye Babushki. Is it just about time to have our one and only Dima back on the big stage? And with a heartfelt song like this? Let us know what you think below!

He is Brave to this today, after the abomable behaviour of politicans towards Conchita and Polina showing polite affection, i saw no problem its very human to kiss somebody friendly on eurovision and polina was just showing acceptance and premoting peace. Dimas song is good.

I think this is a fan video maker. I prefer the song version in that Dima sings with Alexander Bon (2nd runner up of the Voice Russia 2015)
