Ovidiu Anton, Dream Walkers, Florena, M I H A I, Vanotek feat. The Code and Georgian and Doru Todorut feat. Irina Baiant are the six acts. Before you cast your vote, let’s watch their performances again.

Thanks all for your support! I love you, my dears fans! ?
Vanotek is my favourite! ”I’m Coming Home” is already a hit on the radio and can be a #top10 in Stockholm. Support the team Vanotek!
Nu imi place piesa Florenei, pare o copie dupa alte 100 de piese. Cred ca Ovidiu Anton ar putea face o figura frumoasa in Stockholm, are un sound diferit.
Ovidiu Anton, go!! ?
@Daniel E. You’re welcome. 🙂
Best of luck to all the performers in the final. x
This fan video for Florena’s sing is amazing! I don’t know where the author took the images, but it fits the song perfectly!

@ David Who: thank you for giving my favourite another chance :). It’s your opinion, and a very well expressed one; actually the chorus gives me chills, goosebumps or whatever… I hope you will get to hear it again in Stockholm ;)). We will find out tonight
I don’t get the hype about Ovidiu. It’s just a dated song.
Okay so I listened to Florena’s “Behind The Shadows” again, and here is what I heard: The verses and captivating and dramatic, and Florena’s strong vocals suit the song really well. The problems are with the choruses. See as follows: Instead of the melody rising and creating a hook, the melody line actually goes down a notch, and i’m waiting for a memorable hook that isn’t there. If you were to ask me to sing this song back to you, I couldn’t; it’s as simple as that. While the songwriter has likely written the song delibaretly this way to evoke… Read more »
VANOTEK!
Ovidiu Anton! Moment of Silence
This was inspired by the tragedy #Colectiv happened in Romania last autumn. The lyrics are astonishing and his voice is amazing! #Rock #Colectiv #NeverForget
Ovidiu Anton, definitely! \m/
@ David Who: your comments are appreciated, but I think you need to listen to Florena’s song again…and again. ;))
Now it’s pretty obvious that Florena is going to win the poll. But is she going to win the actual contest? Jury placed her third, but as I got, tomorrow it’s televote alone, so anything can happen. (See Poland 🙁 )
I personally wouldn’t have any of these songs on my playlist, but I can appreciate the efforts taken here all the same. Obviously ‘M I H A I’ has the vocal capacity to blow the entire ESC contest out of the water, but the song is beyond the audience; it is literally out of this world and doesn’t appeal to everyone. It might have been good with different lyrics, in my opinion. I actually thought the Dream Walkers had some stunning vocals – an ESC winner from the 1970s maybe, but unfortunately the world has moved on since then. The… Read more »

IMHO bad songs get outdated, good song are retro or old-fashioned and there is nothing wrong with that. Moment of Silence is IMHO the best choice for Romania, the only one I see instantly in my top 10. I like Florena’s song too, but it is not as memorable to me. MIHAI’s song is quite awful in my liking.
I see a lot of comments debating on some songs to be ‘dated’, too old fashioned. So I have a question: what really does Romania want to choose, the most modern song or the best song. The modern one is pretty easy, is Vanotek’s for sure. Now, is it really strong enough to do a good performance? With Florena, same thing, it’s a modern one, the soundtrack is certainly sth not dated, but again, I don’t see this impress that much to come with a strong performance from Stockholm. I’ve seen a comment from sbdy who says that ‘Moment of… Read more »
‘Moment of Silence’ for sure. Let’s start be smart at least once and send the most promising and spectacular song. With all the respect for them, Florena and Mihai are missing sth. Ovidiu could do a complete performance, a great show in Stockholm, he could win both public and jury, his song looks like a winner. The other 2, they are far away from such a performance.
Florena just blew me away, stunning performance and song. About the same can be said about Ovidiu. In an ideal world, one of them should win.
M I H A I goooo!!!
OVIDIU ANTON !!!
Florena: I hope she’ll win! The song is simple, yet great. Her voice… Outstanding. Can’t believe she is 16. I was just a bit disappointed with the styling and staging. I’d go much more simple. The dancers (what’s up with the white plastic lashes?) kinda destroyed it. Couldn’t believe when one of the judges was giving her the advice of adding even more dancers (please no!). I appreciated the red screen though! Looked very nice. The wedding dress and overdone hair is doing her no favour. Florena, this is not 2003 and you are not Lumini?a Anghel. Was hoping for… Read more »
My faves: Florena & Ovidiu. But I think MIHAI will win and the worst thing is his voice is no longer that great either (at least yesterday) combined with his disappointing song.
Florena must win! If not would like Vanotek to.
All of the acts should improve the staging, Florena could go more darker and mysterious, Ovidiu is standing in the same place during all the song. Mihai could think something better than four uncoordinated dancers and one woman playing with a ball simulating it’s a planet, but as they had leds and he iswell-known, probably Romanians will vote for Mihai. Also, Vanotek looked like he was a bit uncomfortable or with a sound problem, because their vocals didn’t fit the background music at all and they do in the studio version…
Florena!
@DenizNL: Like all the pop crap you drool over isn’t even cheaper…
i don’t like all songs
Florena is the best I think. Just don’t let it be Mihai (or M I H A I or whatever) because it would do in no way as well as Tornero.
@Daniel
Like Moment of silence isn’t cheap. Pff sure.
1 FLORENA 9/5/10 (he has really only 16 o.O)
2 M I H A I 8/10
3 VANOTEK FEAT. THE CODE AND GEORGIAN 7,5/10
4 DREAM WALKERS 7
5 DORU TODORUT FEAT. IRINA BAIANT 7
6 OVIDIU ANTON 5
Florena all the way!
Can we send Ovidiu to ESC 1995, please? Because it certainly doesn’t belong on 2016, unless it’s in a ‘musical off off Broadway’, like William said in the video.
If Romania really wants a good place just send Florena
Ovidiu, first choice. Florena would be ok too. Mihai has the knowledge and will to make a good promotion for his song, although the song itself is not my cup of tea. Doru and Irina would be also a sure qualifier for the grand final in Stockholm. The other two, if chosen – 99% sure they will not be chosen, will struggle to qualify.
A better performance than I expected from all, glad no one was painfully embarrassing.
The best National Final this year. All songs touched me so much. I want all of them in my mp3. Difficult choose only one to Sweden. But, I send…… Florena.
OMG Mihai’s voice is too good for his shitty song -_-
Everyone but Mihai ._.
Robyn Gallagher
Juries love Dream Walkers, maybe because composer of song was composer of romanian song from 2005 and 2013, and his song finished on 2nd place in romanian final 2011,2015
M I H A I -PARADISIOOOOO
THE BEST SONG
M I H A I. The only song with a strong chorus and sticks in your mind.
And he will sound even better on sunday for sure !
And a nice message as well ! Few songs like this in this years ESC and that is another advantage !!
Ovidius and Florenas songs are so forgetable even they have good voices I think they will have no chance to pass from semi final in Stockholm !

Ovidiu Anton! The most powerful message, song and voice! Best of luck, Ovidiu!
I want Ovidiu or Florena. Both of them have great vocals. I really don’t want Mihai to represent us. He has a good voice, but his song is cheap! And Vanotek kind of desapointed me…
Ovidiu by far 🙂 Florena is good too, though.
Ovidiu Anton, by far the best!
(In your face, Wiwiblogs! Your cheap “Nai Nai” failed miserably)
MY TOP 6
1.OVIDIU ANTON
2.M I H A I
3.VANOTEK FEAT. THE CODE AND GEORGIAN
4.DREAM WALKERS
5.FLORENA
6.DORU TODORUT FEAT. IRINA BAIANT
