She’s the Danish-Australian songstress who placed 20th at Eurovision 2017. But now Anja Nissen is troubled by some online drama. She’s discovered an account on Instagram who has uploaded Anja’s songs, pretending they are the work of another singer. And Anja isn’t the only victim.
Anja alerted her fans to the issue via an Instagram post. She wrote, “HELP ME! This girl has stolen all my music renaming them but it is still me singing and my songs…. and now she is going on tour??!! She needs to be stopped! Please report her! @porcheadams”
The post — since removed — was accompanied by a screenshot of an Instagram user by the name of Porche Adams.
Anja also shared a screenshot on her Instagram story.

The Porche Adams Instagram account has been around since July 2015. For the first six months, it was exclusively dedicated to modelling photos. But in January 2016, the Porche Adams account excitedly announced, “I have been signed to a record company! My new single Memories which I wrote, produced and sung is NOW available for listen”
Except that the song in question was actually “Pride” by The Voice UK winner Leanne Mitchell.
From then on, the Porche Adams account frequently uploaded recordings from popular Scandi and talent show artists, attempting to pass them off as original creative works.
The recordings would always be given a different title, but the song identification app Shazam has no trouble matching the short Instagram clips with their original artists.
Anja Nissen’s 2017 Eurovision entry became “Armour”, her song “Drive” was renamed “Faded”, and “Anything You Want” became “Be Yours, Be Mine”.
The Voice Australia singer Sabrina Batshon‘s cover of Shakira’s “Empire” was claimed as a Porche cover.
Sanna Nielsen‘s 2014 Eurovision entry “Undo” was repackaged as “Over You”, while Swedish Idol runner-up Amanda Winberg had her song “Shutdown” renamed to “Afrodite”.
Molly Sandén was a particular favourite. Her “Green Light” was also part of Porche’s collection, Molly’s “Mirage” turned into “Broken Heart”, and “Like No One’s Watching” became “Imperfections”. The Porche Adams account even claimed Molly’s live performance of “Youniverse” was the Porche song “There’s Only You”.
But who is behind the Porche Adams Instagram account? The account contains dozens of pics of a glamorous, voluptuous model. But it turns out these are also stolen.
The woman in the photos is the Brazilian model and actress Suelyn Medeiros, who is perhaps best known for the Booty Poppin Ultimate Workout. And as far as we can tell, she has no connection with the Porche Adams account.
Whoever is behind the Porche Adams accounts — male or female — they are keeping quiet.
Many of the Porche Adams Instagram fans seem oblivious to her shady background — if indeed they are real fans and not bots. They leave supportive comments, such as “I’m legit squealing RN!! NEW PORCHE MUSIC!! Glad I can be supporting your success!!! YASSS QUEEN!! SLAY.”
However, in recent days the tables have started to turn. More fans have clocked to the deception and the Porche Adams Instagram account has been found out by Anja’s loyal posse.
One Anja fan warned, “ANJA’s FANS WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS. YOU WILL GO DOWN. ANJAS FANS AND THE EUROVISION WORLD WILL BRING YOU DOWN, there is millions of us.”
This bizarre situation is reminiscent of the “Lucia Cole” saga from 2015. Buzzfeed reported on the strange case of a pop singer named Lucia Cole. She had built up a substantial internet presence, but suspicious fans discovered that the music of “Lucia” was just old Jessica Simpson songs given different titles. “Lucia” had also used photos of an American model to build her profile.
Lucia Cole was found out in July 2015. The Porche Adams account was created that same month.
Update (8:47 am)
The Porche Adams Instagram account is now no longer accessible. Anja Nissen has a posse!
Almost a week later, Porche’s Twitter account and website have been deleted but the Instagram account still remains
I would almost wager that this was a roleplaying account that got taken too far.
i think i have the most known point, but if this person is planning to go on tour, how will they? is he/she gonna come out wearing an inflatable suelyn madeiros costume? the fans (if there is any) will be shocked. anyway, congrats fans of anja for putting porche’s insta down. it proves she really does have supporters (including me).
might be a con, she or he will sell tickets to events that are never intended to happen
When i saw an article with brazen in the title it had to be written by Robyn Gallagher, wiwiblog’s most brazen writer
Robyn is the coolest writer on any Eurovision-related website. Wish we could be friends!!!
My sources say that whoever the criminal parties behind this stealing of Anja Nissen music is about to receive a nasty surprise for their “WIX” website. I think they might have picked the WRONG artist and record company to mess with. LOL
@SuelynMedeiros is the name of the model behind all the photos.
Stolen photos & music, I wonder who’s behind this!
The Instagram might be gone, but she still has a Twitter profile and her website open (she also had a Facebook page but it looks like it’s been deleted)
Twitter: http://twitter.com/theporcheadams
Website: https://theporcheadams.wixsite.com/porcheadams
her twitter is down!
WTF! She they took ‘where I am’ and renamed it ‘armour’ what a slippery snake I hope they’re not getting any money from this and I hope they get sued >:( no one messes with my girl anja (or my other girls Molly Sandén or Sabrina or the others)
https://www.reverbnation.com/porcheadams/songs
Molly Sandén must be her favorite target – her song “Like a Phoenix” was renamed as the Porche song “Roar” – I’ve heard that song enough times to know
It can also be hard imagining the locations for Porsche Adams’ “Sinful Player” Tour. Could these be the tour dates? —North America— * New York City, NY, 15 February 2018 – Irving Plaza * Baltimore, MD, 17 February 2018 – Rams Head Live * Washington, DC, 18 February 2018 – Echostage * Philadelphia, PA, 20 February 2018 – TLA * Boston, MA, 22 February 2018 – House of Blues * Montreal, Canada, 24 February 2018 – MTELUS * Toronto, Canada, 25 February 2018 – Sound Academy * Detroit, MI, 26 February 2018 – Saint Andrew’s Hall * Chicago, IL, 27… Read more »
Impossible for “Porche” to have a concert at the Gaiety in Dublin on June 8, there’s a production of the play “The Kite Runner” running through that time (I looked at their website)
your jealousy is unlimited
120k followers. How easy is to be deceived.
I have seen cases like this before, they are becoming recurrent, it seems.
I’d say she bought most of them.
Big deal
On this site he/she (whoever it is) also took Chandelier from Sia, but this time the person didn’t bother to choose another name. This is getting ridiculous…
Yeah, the classic thing to happen… pressed on the wrong reply button… . This above was meant to be an answer to Richard, with the mentioning of the Reverbnation page.
She has a Reverbnation page

I’m glad the Eurovision fan community was able to help Anja. According to several posts on her Instagram before it was taken down, Porche was billed as an “international superstar” with multi-platinum records and #1 hit songs in 24 countries – she was due to embark on her “Sinful Prayer” tour sponsored by Def Jam Records. Her MO for stealing songs was to rename them by taking a part of the original song’s lyrics and making it the title, in turn making it look like she sang it (ie: “Over You” came from the line “I know that I am… Read more »
This girl has some nerve! I can’t believe she thought she could get away with this.
How do you know if it’s a girl? It could be anyone hiding behind that fake account. The girl in the photos is not Porche Adams, because Porche Adams doesn’t exist. The photos are of Suelyn Madeiros, a Brazilian model who had no idea her face was being used for such a scam and this must be really hard for her too. It’s shocking how the scammer has stolen both another person’s identity and music from legitimate artists and made money out of it all this time without anyone realising. I hope everyone affected (Suelyn, Anja, Mollie and the rest… Read more »
Its obviously not real artist – they are trying to make money via their website, which I hear is about to get totally wiped out by a group of powerful people in higher places…
The website hasn’t been deleted
And there’s a contact info that name 2 of the possible account holder 😀
https://theporcheadams.wixsite.com/porcheadams/contact
This reminds me of Lucia Cole, a fake singer who stole Jessica Simpson’s more obscure songs from her debut eras and pretended it was her. Probably the same person, seeing all the “God is my savior” talk.
(Oh, y’all said it in the end. Woke af!)
Wonder if Porsche Adams is related to William Lee Adams 😀 we all know how much he loved anja’s song this year
Btw when are the people actually behind the songs going to come after Vasilije Ojdanic, after a Shazam on all ‘his’ songs they turn out to be instrumentals of other artists 😛
It’s amazing that Vasilije has constantly been able to get away with stealing people’s music in futile attempts to represent a country at Eurovision while Porche steals entire songs and another person’s identity and gets her Instagram account deleted
Justice for my girl! Would’ve liked to see it when it hadn’t been taken down yet though haha
Wow, I am mostly shocked that her little scam has been going on for more than a year O_O
Has this person actually been selling the music, too?
The imposter’s account is down as I write this, so I guess people did report the heck out of it.
There is a another account now: https://www.instagram.com/porchesboobs/
Porche’s account is still open, she’s just been blocking those who have been supporting Anja and exposing her as a fake such as myself. I logged out of my account on a laptop (my iPod’s still logged in thoug) and went back to it – it’s still there with all the stolen music
Yikes! How can Anja film a new music video for “Where I Am” while blowing a fuse about Porsche Adams? 😮
