National final season has come to an end and we now have the chosen ones who will move on to compete at Eurovision. However, many of the other entries that didn’t make it will remain on our playlists for some time. To celebrate these acts, it’s time for our countdown of Team Wiwi’s Top 50 national final songs of Eurovision 2025.

The team here at wiwibloggs have voted for our favourite songs that competed in the national finals for Eurovision 2025 but were not selected for Basel. Over 140 of this year’s songs received points from our jurors. Now, we’re ready to share which of them made it into our Top 50. We’ll reveal ten tracks each day until we reach the winner.

Note this is not an objective list, but is determined by the personal votes of a panel of wiwibloggers. We encourage you to share your own personal favourites in the comments below.

It’s time to find out which song will enter our Hall of Fame. Let the countdown commence!

Hello, everyone! It’s again that time of the year, so here we go: 50 – Elysa: The Last to Know (Estonia) – She definitely found her footing, delivering a good vocal performance to an already powerful pop ballad. I really like the song, and I appreciate that she developed as an artist. Eesti Laul was quite strong this year, so more entries from there will be featured. 49 – Athena Manoukian: DaQeenation (Armenia) – At first, I thought that this was just going way overboard with the fanservice, and while I still think it does, she fully delivered. We already… Read more »

Liepa, Henka and The Ludvig are among the songs that I liked this year – possibly in my Top 20 of non-selected songs. I don’t like the rest.

Mask, yes, excellent. 🙂
Also, thank you for putting Elysa’s best song is Eesti Laul so far in this top 50 (no. 44). I thought Elysa really deserved it this time.
N.B. MESC was strong this year, but I’m actually glad that no. 47 didn’t go to ESC, otherwise I’d have to keep typing out Lalarat… whatever it is. (Estonia 2024 was already problematic enough to spell.)

Most of these “artists” probably have no career and no activity outside Eurovision selections.

I liked those the most: Italy – Battito Sweden – On, Revolution, 24K Gold, Funniest Thing Finland – Aina, Made Of Denmark – The Unluckiest Boy Alive Spain – La pena Croatia – Juzina Ukraine – My sea Obviously, Sweden and Finland will be more than fine, but I think if On and 24K had solid vocals and performances, both would have gone far at Eurovision and Aina would have made such a beautiful entry, it will probably become a wedding classic. I really believe Denmark and Spain both rejected something special. Lastly, I hope especially Norway gets back on… Read more »

I was so worn down by the end of the season that I didn’t watch the San Marino semis, so this is helpful.
