Poll: Which Eurovision 2012 songs do you struggle to remember?

At Eurovision 2012, Sweden’s Loreen went up-up-up-up-up-uhhhh-up all the way to victory. Serving kabuki stripped down minimalist realness, she turned “Euphoria” into an electro-dance classic — one now played from Antwerp to Atlanta (seriously, I heard it at an Abercrombie & Fitch store once). Of course, plenty of other acts left an impression too with some killer choruses and memorable staging. From Rona Nishliu‘s chaaaaaaaaaai to the Buranovskiye Babushki‘s bread baking to Gaitana‘s insistence that you stay and be her guest, a lot of these acts are lodged in our memory…for better or for worse.

And then there are the others. As we scroll through the list of Eurovision 2012 songs, some are a bit harder to conjure up.  Nina Badric’s “Nebo”, Pernilla Karlsson’s “Nar jag blundar”, Eva Boto’s “Verjamem” — try recalling all of the lyrics verbatim right now. Told you so.

wiwibloggers William and Deban wanted to test how many of the lyrics and melodies they could remember while standing in front of a camera, and you can see the results below. It ain’t always pretty, y’all!
