Przemek Bartos, Wiwi’s pal and a Eurovision expert based in Poland, has visited some of the most popular Eurovision sites around Europe and compiled the results of their semi-final prediction polls. He’s assigned countries 0 to 12 points based on their performance in the respective polls and come up with the following rankings.
In the first semi-final, Hungary’s Kati Wolf has jumped into the lead with her 80s-sounding dance number “What About My Dreams?” She’s followed by Azerbaijan’s Nikki & Ell (“Running Scared“) and Poland’s Magdalena Tul (“Jestem“). Turkey, Norway, Greece, Russia, Georgia, Armenia and Finland would also advance to the final based on this compilation.
In the second semi-final, Sweden’s Eric Saade (“Popular“) has established himself as the favorite. He received 10 or 12 points in every online poll Przemark visited. He’s followed by Estonia’s Getter Jaani (“Rockefeller Street“) and Bosnia’s Dino Merlin (“Love in Rewind.”) Denmark, Romania, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Israel, Slovakia and Austria would also advance to the final according to this compilation.
