After a well-deserved summer holiday that she spent in Ukraine, Romania and Greece, Aliona Moon went back to Romania, to shoot scenes for a teenage movie where she’s playing herself as a judge at a talent competition.
The “O mie” singer says that acting did not come easy to her, especially because she had to play a meaner version of herself and she “did not like to be strict with such talented kids”. Nonetheless, in the end she found the experience so much fun, that she is open to acting again in the future.
The film, called “Revederea”, will be released nation-wide in February 2014 and will be broadcast by Romanian state television TVR as well. Aliona also wrote a song for the film, which will feature in a key scene. We can’t wait to hear it!
In other news, Aliona Moon has made the cover of the first issue of Moldovan style magazine “Cocktail”. Inside, she opts for a biker look (see the header photo) that is likely to surprise a lot of people. Although this was not exactly her style, Aliona said that she was drawn to the rebellious attitude and had to eventually admit that it suited her.
