EMA, Slovenia’s national selection show, takes place on Saturday, March 8. To help the Slovenes decide on their representative for Copenhagen this year, four radio stations across Slovenia will play each of the seven songs during the week. The first airplay came from Val 202 and Radio Maribor this evening. Radio Koper takes its turn tomorrow morning, and Radio Slovenia 1 will have the honour at midday on Friday.
But if you’re not living in Slovenia, you can listen to all seven entries below. Then vote on our poll. Remember folks, you can only vote once (but you can vote for as many contestants as you’d like). So choose carefully before pressing ‘submit’!
Update: 7 March 2014 10.00 CET: Videos for all 7 entries of EMA 2014 are now no longer available after complaints from the broadcaster RTVSLO over copyright claims. Boo. Hiss.

First listen says “Masquerade.”
They might be missing a trick by not wubbing it up a bit more — Or not, given the other elements in play.
Omar is the best!
Tinkara will win as it is the most ‘conservative’ sound for Eurovision and Slovenians love a good conservative sound 😉
If they wanted to take a risk and choose a contemporary credible song with potential appeal to a broad international audience then it should be Omar or Muff.
But … it won’t be.
@Zolan, We’re already aware of this issue and currently working on resolving it as soon as possible.
(I opened the page hours ago and didn’t refresh before posting, in case anyone is wondering)
All those videos have been removed.
1. Muff
2. Nude
3. Tinkara
I’m not fully into any of the above mentioned songs, but either will represent Slovenia on a decent level. Not great, decent.
@FairyDust So sorry for the mistake! 🙂 Thanks for your attention!
Tinkara or Muff 😛
Tinkara, Omar or Samuel Lucas. Anyway, good songs choice Slovenia
Just noticed that the picture above this article is wrong. You put Omar Naber 2 times in it and left Rudi Bu?ar&Elevators out.
Back on topic, my personal favourite is Tinkara. I also like Omar’s song, but I think that he won’t win. I expected a lot from Bilbi and Nude, but they dissapointed me. Generally speaking, none of these songs stands out, so I’m really curios, which one will win on Saturday 🙂
Omar Naber!!!
Bilbi or Tinkara.
Apparently, one of the 7 acts has got an unlikely supporter for this year’s EMA: Giant Slalom and (joint) Downhill Winter Olympic champion Tina Maze!
not another dance song PLEASE!!!
WE DON’T NEED ANY MORE DANCE SONGS IN ESC 2014!!! WE HAVE ENOUGH
Muff, please. Slovenia should go for alternative.
I like Tja the best.
