After a wait that feels like years, Ilse de Lange and Waylon, also know as “The Common Linnets”, have released the title of their Eurovision entry! The song that they’ll sing for the Netherlands will be called “Calm After the Storm”

The song will be presented on Dutch TV on March 12th and an acoustic version of the song will be posted on eurovision.tv. We’re expecting big things from the two established Dutch singers collaborating to make what will apparently be a legendary country record!

What are you expecting from the duo? Let us know in the comments!

I think this song will be an extraordinary ballad. Nothing like a dramatic ballad with a screaming woman and an over the top dress. Just a modest and emotional song from two amazing voices. I expect very much of this duo and I hope they can top Anouk’s performance ending up in the 9th place..

I don’t usually like country but if this is a modern version of the genre I want this to be our 2014 winner !!!
This two guys have amazing potential ..
It’s bound to be better than the Romania duo ..
