Eldar Qasimov, the winner of Eurovision 2011, recently released a new single called “Onu Sen De” (You Say That). Speaking to Aksam.Az, he revealed that he shot the video without spending any money. Apparently the folks at “KKM Production” helped him out, and Ell recruited his friends to serve as extras.
Eurovision fans who went to Copenhagen this year will recognise the colourful buildings of the Danish capital. Ell and his friends filmed the opening scenes outside of Christiana, the commune where marijuana is smoked freely, and then moved on to Nyhavn, the city’s most famous canal. At various points they all high-five each other and make conversation looking totally happy and natural. Later they head to Tivoli Gardens and keep the laughter going.
“The video does not have so-called friends,” he says. “All of them are close to me.”
What do you think of Ell’s latest video and song? Let us know in the comments box below.
He is obviously gay and is never going to be a successful solo artist. He never seemed to like Nikki but they are stupid for not working together post eurovision as that is where they would have found more success and money. Same with the common linnets – stupid to break up but at least the girl will be releasing under the band name
Nice song Eldar 😉
@Dar: I thought he is already gay. Hasn’t he admitted that yet?
beyonce-xo
Eldar definitely plays for he other team!
One half of the worst eurovision winners ever .. When is he going to reveal he is gay ..
@David,If you don’t like Ell&Nikki, why are you here?go and play another place
