After its five-year absence from Eurovision, the Czech Republic is back — and it’s turning up the heat! We already know that Marta Jandova and Vaclav Noid Barta will represent Bohemia in Vienna as a duet. And on 10 March we will hear their song “Hope Never Dies”, which Vaclav wrote himself. We expect a glorious comeback.
Just today Vaclav and Marta finished filming the video in one of the studios of Ceska Televize. It will drop at the same time as the song. The video’s director Biser A. Arichtev described the project this way:
The music video will be about a couple, which faces a complicated season of their life. At the end they will find their way to each other again, so yes, it will end happily. We spent two days on preparations and one day on filming, with five more days planned for postproduction. I don’t feel that the video will be popular in Eurovision. My aim was to present a beautiful visualisation of a duet, which has been amazingly sung by Vaclav Noid Barta and Marta Jandova
Vaclav also mentioned that when he was writing “Hope Never Dies” he knew that it would be a duet with Marta. But even if there was another song, it would sound good with Marta anyway. She’s versatile, y’all.

Saw their pic and reminded me of Elize and Rickard of “One by One.” Still a good song.

Will be the very first worthy entry 4 *CZECH* in our Vision..??

Vaclav is HOT babe by the way.. 😉
I hope they present a great song. would be nice with Prague in 2016!
That guy looks hot!
I hope it is good and at least makes the final, the boost they need to become regulars in the contest!
I’m looking forward to their comeback, but “Hope Never Dies” just sound so cheesy, ugh. I hope it’s good.
