Romania’s representatives Voltaj did not walk the red carpet at the Eurovision Opening Ceremony alone: They entered with Razvan Schinteie, the little boy from the “De la capat” video. Although camera shy, the adorable 12-year old was visibly excited about the attention and all the lights.
Calin Goia, lead singer of Voltaj, introduced us to him and told us that without Razvan, the team would not be complete. Razvan is the guest star of the Romanian delegation and is in Vienna with his parents, at the invitation of the band. He played Ionut, the main character of the short film “The Way of the Danube”, on which “De la capat (All Over Again)” video is based.
Calin also told us how the band keeps busy in Vienna. Apart from visiting tourist attractions like the State Opera, they rehearse their show in the hotel. We hope that their neighbours won’t mind and will still vote for Romania in the Grand Final!

WON´T be up there in the top in the final – but SHOULD be up there in the top in the final! Such a great song! GO VOLTAJ!
I think “little boy” is a little patronising, it’s not like he’s five. He going into puberty soon! I think young boy is more appropriate
I’m so glad to see Voltaj getting their ticket to the final with their touching song :)))
The little boy is very cute 😀
Wrong on so many levels.
What an adorable boy <3 🙂
Now he has become famous <3 🙂
Bravo 4 Romania that managed to qualify to the final & not lose the GreAtY record of giving the present non stop to the big final 🙂
We saw him on the TV too.
