Back in 2014 Spain’s Ruth Lorenzo was “Dancing in the Rain” on the stage of B&W Hallerne in Copenhagen. Now, more than a year later, she is set to follow in the footsteps of fellow Eurovision star Edurne by entering “Tu Cara Me Suena”, the Spanish edition of “Your Face Sounds Familiar”.
In case you don’t know (really, who are you?!) “Tu Cara Me Suena” has singers, actors and other celebrities deliver their best impressions of renowned songs and singers. Over in Russia, Eurovision 2009 winner Alexander Rybak blew us away with his epic performances.

This won’t be the first time Ruth has performed on the show, as she previously performed as a guest — once as Whitney Houston and once as Sia. We can’t wait to see which Eurovision star she’ll impersonate during Eurovision week!
Ruth Lorenzo’s Planeta Azul Tour
“Tu Cara Me Suena” is not the only thing on Ruth’s schedule. She is also going on tour all over Spain, kicking off in Zaragoza on October 30 and concluding in Murcia, her hometown, on December 23. Home for the holidays, y’all! During the “Planeta Azul Tour”, she will visit countless Spanish cities including Barcelona and Madrid.
Last but not least, Ruth Lorenzo is set to launch a new, special edition of her debut album “Planeta Azul”, which will include new songs and special collaborations. This new edition will be released in October.
