Right after setting the stage aflame at the Eurovision Live Concert in Setubal with her powerful voice, the volcanic Hera Björk sat down with wiwiblogger Deban for a quick chat, and the lady certainly has a certain je ne sais quoi about her that makes us love her!
She first talked about how she felt returning to the Eurovision world this year, as a backing vocalist for Maria Olafs. She described it as a fantastic experience that helped her boost her creativity.
Hera also revealed how she became involved in the 2009 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, when she narrowly missed the opportunity to represent Denmark with “Someday” in Moscow, though she says she wouldn’t have stood a chance against Alexander Rybak had she won the Danish national final!
Hera also admits that she would never say no to a Eurovision comeback if she felt she had the right song and if the time was right. She also said that she wouldn’t mind competing in a preselection. And Deban also discovers that Hera is quite the party animal – and a Eurovision history ace. You can watch the whole interview below.
