Danish broadcaster DR has announced that it has chosen the ten finalists for national selection Dansk Melodi Grand Prix. They will reveal the acts and their songs in three weeks’ time, on January 28.

The broadcaster received 982 submissions – a record. Denmark is serious about winning, with superstar producer Cutfather brought in to manage the selection process. Cutfather has worked with acts such as Olly Murs, Kylie Minogue and Christina Aguilera, and DR is hoping he’ll be the man to guide Denmark to its fourth Eurovision victory – or at least ensure they make it to the finals this time.

Denmark has been one of the strongest countries in Eurovision in recent years. In the current decade, Denmark won the competition once and placed in the top 10 three times. However, last year Anti Social Media did not qualify for the final, but by all accounts DR are determined to get back to the top of the scoreboard.

The DMGP finalists and their songs will be announced on January 28, with a CD released the following day. The final will take place on February 13 in the city of Horsens.

They had good national final from 2010 to 2014 with many good songs, and best stage in national final in that periot they took first place in stage from MF . In 2015 they flop in quality of songs in final and stage.
