we finally have an answer to when tickets for Eurovision 2023 will go on sale: Tuesday 7 March.
Tickets will go live at 12:00 UK local time on the day (i.e. 13:00 Central European Time).
Tickets will only be available to purchase at
www.ticketmaster.co.uk regardless of the country you are booking from. You will need a Ticketmaster UK account to purchase tickets, so it is advised that you create an account in advance of Tuesday 7 March. Eurovision 2023 ticket details
Tickets are priced from £30 to £280 for the rehearsal/preview shows, £90 to £290 for the live semi-final shows, and from £160 to £380 for the live grand final.
You can only buy tickets for one show at a time. For the three live televised shows, customers can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets in one order. For the six preview shows, customers can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per order.
Around 3,000 tickets will be made available separately for Ukrainian refugees who are now living in the UK. They will
have the opportunity to purchase subsidised tickets for the live shows. The Shows

Ticket sales will start on Tuesday 7th March at 12:00 (midday) GMT (13:00 CET) at Ticketmaster UK. Tickets purchased via any other outlet may be void. Tickets can only be purchased from Ticketmaster UK. You will not be able to purchase via the Ticketmaster app.
What types of tickets will be on sale?
The following types of tickets will be available:
Standing (on the arena floor)
All ticket prices are inclusive of a 2.86% booking fee which is retained by Ticketmaster. There will also be an additional £2.95 transaction fee per order.
Please note it is only possible to purchase tickets for one show per transaction.

here. How many tickets can I buy?
For the three televised live shows (Semi-Final 1, Semi-Final 2 and the Grand Final) a maximum of four tickets can be purchased per order (per bank account and address). For the preview shows a maximum of six tickets can be purchased per order (per bank account and address). If you try to book more tickets in multiple orders, your order may be cancelled.
How much time do I have to finalise my order?
You will have five minutes to complete your order.

Please note that Ticketmaster’s ticket transfer function will not be available for this event.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
There is no minimum age to visit the Eurovision Song Contest, but children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the standing area. Children aged 1 year or younger will not require their own ticket.
How will displaced Ukrainians access tickets?
The BBC is not running this part of the ticketing process. It is run by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. More information will be released soon, current information can be found
here. Are there seats for those with a disability, who require a wheelchair access, or who have access requirements?
As with all arenas, there are a set amount of wheelchair accessible tickets. All shows will be fully accessible.
Customers with access requirements can follow instructions on
Ticketmaster UK’s website to request a Personal Assistant ticket for free. Customers who have provided evidence to Ticketmaster UK to support a PA ticket application can use this to make their application easier. Which items can I bring with me?
A full list of prohibited items can be found in the Terms and Conditions
listed on the BBC website. They are also contained in the ticket terms and conditions. All prohibited items must be surrendered at the entrance and will not be returned.
If possible please avoid bringing bags to the venue. If you do bring a bag it cannot be larger than A4 (210 x 297mm) in size. There are no luggage storage facilities at the venue.

here. What are the safety measures?
The safety of everybody attending and participating in the Eurovision Song Contest is our highest priority. We are working with the police and security services to ensure everybody has a safe and enjoyable experience at the event. Strict security measures will be in place including searches and airport style screening.
Please ensure you do not bring any item which has been listed on the prohibited items list, doing so will slow down your entry to the event and you may be refused access.
Are you selling hospitality packages?
There are two types of packages available:
Package 1 – available for the six preview shows only, this package offers access to a backstage VIP lounge 2 hours before the show begins. All food and drink before the show is included and you will watch the show from a top tier seat. Package 1 will be available to purchase from
Ticketmaster UK on Tuesday 7th March.
Package 2 – available for all nine shows, there are a limited number of suites for 12 people at the arena. The package allows access to the suite two hours before the show begins and includes a full food and beverage service, both before and during the show, with guests watching the show from seats which offer incredible views of the stage. Details on how to purchase suites will be available soon.
