The first ten acts competing in the first semi-final rehearsed this morning. That means bookies and oddsmakers will be busy re-calibrating their predictions for Eurovision 2011. As such, Wiwi has taken an average of odds from 11 leading agencies. Here’s how things stand as of May 1.
The battle for the top spot is now a two-way race between Azerbaijan’s Ell & Nikki (3), and Hungary’s Kati Wolf (4). Stella Mwangi has seen her odds widen from 4 back in April to 8 today. She’s now battling it out with Russia’s Alexey Vorobyov for third position. Turkey, Finland, Greece, Poland, Georgia and Serbia round out the Top 10, and therefore seem the most likely to advance to the final. Based on this, fan favorite Emmy will not make it to the May 14 finale.

My order is based on total number of entries in Google’ most cited performance and ratio of likes / dislikes. About 2 hours ago it was: 1) Hungary 310 745 and ratio 16.3 (absolute winner of the 1 semifinal) 2) Poland 717 671 and ratio 5.76
3) Azerbaijan 585 949 and 4.23 next are: 4) Finland 200 255 and ratio 3.45 5) Norway 125 500 and ratio 1.59 and 6) Russia 110 628 and ratio 0.94. So what is the point in placing Russia so high?
I think Norway will flop in semifinal ( Kate Ryan this year) because Stella can t sing live.
For Hungary today we will see how Kati sing and dance live in same time, if she can she is one of favorite to win the contest, if she can t she will flop like Norway in semifinal
Azerbaijan never can win cuz the song is so bad
Wel, I can’t believe that so crapy singing by Alex is ranked so high. Maybe a kind of finansing entered this competition. I expected something like 1. Hungary 2. Poland 3. Azerbaijan. 4. Norway and then a significang gap between these and the rest.
