William: He’s a golden boy, come here to enjoy…and he did! Israel’s Nadav Guedj is clearly living his Eurovision 2015 performance. His energy and enthusiasm is infectious and his dancers are really working what God gave them. Together they create a high-energy, memorable performance that whizzes by. It’s fun without being silly, and it’s cheeky without being offensive. The selfie at the end of the performance felt a little lame during the first rehearsals, but all the dancers are now hitting their marks and it works so much better. It also helps that he performs following the Ireland to Czech Republic bloc, which features seven songs that won’t be appearing on any dance floor any time soon. It’s looking good for Israel, y’all!

To Briekimchi – what a stupid, stupid post!!

A dance explosion right in the middle of the semi after many slow songs. The background of golden strobe lights works perfectly, he has a nice flow with his dancers and I only wish the backing vocals towards the end were a little stronger (perhaps they needed a third person to make it a tad louder).

All in all, I think this will qualify no problem.

I just spent three minutes looking at his shoes. They are like two angry, golden porcupines. Definitely designed with self-defence in mind.

I am so happy and proud with this, finally Israel allows itself to be FUN once again in Eurovision. Call me optimistic but I think it will sail to the final. A perfect crowd pleaser.

I hope hope hope he qualifies. The song is catchy, the atmosphere in the arena will benefit him, and the dancers… well. Need I say more.

Afrivision it’s probably more likely to be Tel Aviv
The clue’s in the song 😉

I didn’t realise it was 7 dull songs in a row, but checking the lineup it is, what if this disadvantages Israel in the fact that anyone who enjoys something upbeat/party will probably switch the telly off after 7 dull songs in a row (probably sooner! 🙁 )

1) Throw away those shoes.
2) Replace the intro of the song with anything
3) Keep backing fucking vocalists, backing vocalists. Why so many countries wants to make them part of the choreography???
Then you may see the finals thiw year.

Not qualifying. He doesn’t look like a golden boy, he looks like a jaded, 31 year-old plasterer.

His vocals weren’t always perfect today, but that was probably just exhaustion and saving for the semis. I love the dancers and how they perform kind of “freely” and improvising, giving the viewers the feeling of being in a real party. Great fun, this just has to make it to the final!

I gotta admit at first I hated this song, and I still think it’s kinda dumb but it has grown on me, kinda like a guilty pleasure.
I really hope he makes it to the final, it really looks like he’s worked hard, and though his vocals arent the best while he’s dancing, he gives a very solid performance and he’s fun to watch 🙂 nice job Nadav!

I’m still rooting for this song to make the finals. I’ll vote for Israel in their semi-final. Nadav seemed a bit short of breath throughout the whole performance though. Hope he gets it right on the day.
