The lyrics to Moje 3’s “Ljubav je svuda” are ridonkulous. “I’m going to ask you in a year or so/ When he cheats on you/ Then your heart will be just fish food/ You know that.”

But that type of nonsense fits well with Mirna, Nevena and Sara, a Serbian circus act who will be lucky to make it out of their semi-final. In this song they play the role of devil, angel and sexy siren. That’s cute. But it doesn’t make up for the fact this song is a hot mess—a failed attempt at an electro-torch-song.

What do you think of it? Does this have a chance of going anywhere?

“Love is everywhere” — English Translation

Love, love doesn’t exist they say
They lie, don’t be afraid, when he is there
With him love is for the whole life and even after
You will see that!

I’m going to ask you in a year and so
When he cheats on you
then your heart will be just fish food
You know that

I’m feeling crazy
I want to believe, and then I don’t,
because I don’t know everything
that love is everywhere
And then I am loving, and then I am not
I will try everything with him
and maybe something else

Dream your dream world in colour blue
dream because that man is Yours

Do not listen to his lies, no more!
When He kisses you, tell him to go away

I’m feeling crazy
I want to believe, and then I don’t,
because I don’t know everything
that love is everywhere
And then I am loving, and then I am not
I will try everything with him
and maybe something else

You’ll be waiting for him every night until the morning
He will make you coffee in the morning, while you are still in bed
Believe me sister, I’m doing you a favour
LALALA…

I’m feeling crazy
love is everywhere

And then I am loving, and then I am not
I will try everything with him
and maybe something else.

“L’AMOUR EST PARTOUT” — Traduction francais

And now the performace is bad. This was just a performace for national final. They barely had 2 days to think of it, because the song is made only 2 days before final. Just wait until official version comes out. You’ll see the difference.

To be honest I can’t see why they are held so highly up in these odds right now. I heard the song and didn’t think it was horrible and then I watched the performance and thought it was terrible. It was a very weak performance to me for being in Eurovision. I respect both simplistic and classy performances such as Loreen’s and over the top extravigent ones as well, but Moje 3 was neither. It looked cheap and boring even if the song wasn’t. After that I read the translated lyrics and again my respect for the song only lowered.… Read more »

First of all, I read all comments here. Every single negative comment is that lycris is terrible. Heeeeeeeey! The most of you don’t know what text exactly means. This isn’t official translation! In Serbian lycris there are manny idioms and phrases. Of course, the person who translated it didn’t know how to do it in the right way! Now Serbia got bad marks for it. Please don’t judge the lycris before official verson gets out!

I’m from Serbia and I love this song. At first I thought it wasn’t good enough, but after hearing it a few more times, it doesn’t sound that bad at all. Those girls are probably the most talented ones in Serbia, and they could get a better song, but this one will do just fine, considering the fact that we do not have so many good musicians here. All they need are better costumes and more effective choreography, so that everyone can see this is about girl torn between angel and the devil

Prvo za “komsije” koje se predstavljaju kao Englezi a vidi se da nemu pojma engleski, nosite se,samo cekam rezultate pa cemo da vidimo gde ce ko da bude,”lipi moji”!!and what do you know about the text, do not be ridiculous, when Lena was able to win with such texts, written by a child at 10 years old, you are certainly an Moje 3 chances to win. Anyway, the song is better than many, so you will see for yourself what is going to be. Just do not talk nonsense about the text, the translation is terrible and I hate driving force… Read more »

They are adorable! I was thinkin that this song is not perfect, but when I heard songs from other countries I can say that Mirna, Nevena and Sara are the best!!! I like how they look together, as team!

I am from Serbia, but this song is for every girl and woman in the world, as each went through that period of belief or unbelief in love.
That love is everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

The song is downright ridiculous – as is a good portion of ESC songs each year! 🙂
The lyrics are daft – just like in a lot of songs! Singling out this song does not make sense.
The girls are so clumsy it makes them kinda adorable. They got good voices in those throats. And Serbia always does well, so… I don’t think you’ll manage to jinx it that easily 🙂

The girl in red (Sara) is the devil, the girl in white (Mirna) is an angel. They are? both trying to convince the girl in golden combination (Nevena) if love exists or not. So,Nevena is really confused, she doesn’t know who to trust. And the lalala part has this meaning: They are constantly fighting ,like “No,love doesn’t exist” “Yes it does” !

They’ll easily cruise to the final, strong vocals and a strong enough song, the lyrics may not be that sensical, but that doesn’t matter since not that many people will be paying such close attention to it. With proper staging and performing Moje 3 will stand out from the crowd – they are the only girl group performing (to my knowledge) and regardless Serbia always do well. Besides, although you can definitely fill 5 spots for songs headed straight to the Final, filling the rest is tough and Moje 3 is easily in the top-half of the semifinal. SO THERE.

Trust me, if Eric Saade could make the top 5, these girls will make it to the final.

It doesn’t matter that this song has a story (and stolen costumes from Beyonce’s live performance)…it still doesn’t make it a good song.

I think this is the worst move Serbia has ever made.
I’ll be suprised if we qualify for the finals.

They were WAY better than the others in their national final, and they can actually sing. I like this song, and would vote for this song if I could (live in US). They are changing the chereography and costumes, if that is good enough for you.

Good luck, Sara, Nevena, and Mirna! I know you will kick butt!

With the improvements Moje 3 have made, I hate to say this but I actually like it despite the naff lyrics.

Obviously it’s nowhere as good as last year’s entry, but I can see this see qualifying as it’ll stand out from a ballad heavy first semi-final.

Don’t like it. Didn’t like it in Serbian, but now that I actually understand what they’re singing, I like it even less. Doesn’t matter who sings which part.

@JJ. Good point. The parts should be distinguished. It’s actually easier to follow the argument on page. It’s a bit messy using plain text, but hopefully readable. ________(M) Ljubav, ljubav ne postoji kažu Lažu, nemoj da se bojiš kad on je tu Ljubav za život ceo i posle još Sa njim znaj bi?e to ________(S) Pita?u te ja za godinu dana Kad te prevari na hiljadu strana Srce tvoje je tad ribama hrana Znaj ________(N)________________________ Ja k’o da sam luda ________(All) Malo ho?u, malo ne?u da verujem ________(N) Jer ne znam dal’ smem ________(M)________________ Da, ljubav je svuda ________(All) Malo… Read more »

You don’t delineate the lyrics to which girl is saying them and instead you run them together which makes it confusing. You should use an ‘A’ for the Angelic/positive girl, ‘D’ for the devilish/negative girl, and ‘G’ for the girl trying to decide, or else just use their names: Mirna, Sara and Nevena in front on the lyrics each says. I didn’t like the song at all the first few times I heard it, but then after that I genuinely liked it and the general melody. I like Mirna’s voice the best and the song has positive energy. It is… Read more »

Serbia are just trying to shake off the stigma of being considered “a bit classy.” 😀

Seriously though, the tune is nice, and given different staging and a cleaner sound it could scrub up nicely.

I don’t like the song and the lyrics are terrible (hard to believe that this is an official translation though…), but 3 good looking ladies might get away with murder (and a lot of televotes), so I would not put my money on them not qualifying…
