Switzerland: Anna Rossinelli Releases ‘Let it Go’

Sinplus narrowly missed a spot in the final in 2012. The Salvation Army band—err, Heilsarmee—had their dreams of making the final dashed in 2013. And Lys Assia won’t stop spitting bile over not getting the chance to compete at ESC. No wonder Switzerland has decided to push its national final back to February from December: They’d like some time to rewrite their Eurovision story.

But there’s one Swiss woman who isn’t going into hiding. Anna Rossinelli, who represented Switzerland at ESC in 2011, has just released  a new single called ‘Let it Go’. It’s not the most catchy song in the world, but it does a nice job of showcasing Anna’s smokey vocals. It’s currently #26 in Switzerland’s charts, but should be higher—just like Miss Rossinelli’s finish at Eurovision. The poor dear came last in the final.
