Yesterday Italy’s Il Volo took four sets of douze points. In doing so they pushed Sweden’s Måns Zelmerlöw into second place. Today OGAE Andorra, OGAE Malta, OGAE Romania and OGAE Montenegro gave their points in OGAE poll 2015. They’ve helped Italy extend its lead.

Just yesterday Serbia’s Bojana Stamenov got her first points from OGAE Slovenia. And today OGAE Montenegro the “Beauty Never Lies” singer her first set of 12 points.

Although Andorra hasn’t competed in the Eurovision Song Contest since 2009, OGAE Andorra still votes. They think Sweden’s Måns Zelmerlöw has the best song of Eurovision 2015.

OGAE Romania and OGAE Malta awarded their top marks to Italy, increasing the gap between Il Volo and Måns Zelmerlöw even more. You can see the full results below.

Maltish :- Unfortunately it is not my site, wish I thought of it first though, hehe!! This is the 3rd year I think and it’s an essential guide to all ESC fans. The OGAE chart is very useful and clearly gives all the information you need if you are interested in this poll. (As you may have noticed I like stats and trends.) Sami only gives the Top 5 update, there are 40 countries of course.

“Just yesterday Serbia’s Bojana Stamenov got her first points from OGAE Slovenia. And today OGAE Montenegro the “Beauty Never Lies” singer her first set of 12 points”… Oh, so a Balkan country gets top marks from two other Balkan countries, but nothing from all the other countries. What a surprise!

@Eugene: Is that your site? I’ve found about it last year and it’s super awesome. Keep up the great work.

Yeah, yeah, we understand that OGAE votes aren’t a good guide to the final result. You don’t need to repeating yourself. Why are you even here?

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. The winner is Finland !!! (according to the Eurovision oracle Tex Rubinowitz who got every winner right, even Azerbaijan 2011).

My guess is that my beloved Austria will be Top 10 with professional juries as it is an unpretentious, unconstrived beautiful piano ballad, and rock bottom with televoters as it is unconspicuous (unless they burn a piano on stage). In 2011 Nadine Beiler set the record with rank 5 with juries and rank 25 with televoters, maybe the Makemakes are bound to set a new record in Eurovision concerning the voting gap.

I am so intrigued that 17 countries haven’t received any points yet. By this stage last year, there were only five countries who hadn’t received any points. My theory – there are too many songs that just aren’t engaging enough, and not even regional or cultural loyalties can save them. And I wouldn’t expect PKN to have much appeal to OGAE voters.

@giorgio: I’d like to see that happen in the ESC as well, their song is utter crap…

Ireland better qualify! Its one of the better ballads this year, self-written, no gimmicks, just a talented young girl and her piano…really dont know why this isnt going down well. Its the same countries over and over that is getting points, seems really odd.Is OGAE voting always like this? It seems way too many countries have zero points. Anyways, Italy and Sweden wont win, they will do well though, maybe 2nd and 3rd place, but Italy WILL WIN SOON! They remind me of Azerbaijan pre-2011, Its really between Norway, Australia and Albania this year though…with Australia probably winning it for… Read more »

I see Montenegro is keeping the old tradition of block voting very much alive, their points are quite “particular”.
I have the feeling Sweden will win this poll, but it is now unquestionably a two horse race.

Pretty surprising the fact that Serbia with Bojana got 12 points even! I did not expect that & im really happy 4 Bojana’s song as its one of my most favorites songs in the Diamond Vision.. <3 🙂 The song of Serbia gets my 6 points with being my 5th most liked song from the 40 <3 🙂 Here are my own points.. 1) Georgia 9/10 ~ 12 Points 2) Holland 7,5/10 ~ 10 points 3) Italy 7/10 ~ 8 points 4) France 7/10 ~7 points 5) Serbia 6,5/10 ~ 6 points 6) Hungary 6,5/10 ~ 5 points 7) Malta… Read more »

The following 17 countries have still not received any points at all after 24 clubs have voted :- Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Switzerland. The problem is each club gives the same points as in the ESC :- 12, 10, 8, 7, etc to 1, so ONLY 10 countries get any points, the other 30 get zero points. This is how the 12 points were distributed so far by the 24 clubs :- 1) Italy 11 2) Sweden 7 3) Norway 2 4) Estonia 1 5) Slovenia… Read more »
