The glasses were gone, but the smooth moves remained when Jüri Pootsmann delivered the second rehearsal of his song “Play”.

While he was sticking with the blue suit of the first rehearsal, Jüri ditched his nerd style by leaving his specs in the dressing room.

He delivered his blue steel gazes to the camera, sexing up his performance with his smouldering stare.

Jüri’s nimble-fingered sleight-of-hand card trick was again put to use, with his fake card toss again standing up under the close inspection of the camera lenses.

As an estonian I would like to say some things… He will most certanly not change the suit, the suit was made just for him and it cost about 1000 euros, he will keep the card trick as well (although it does may look a bit cheesy for me too), these moves are just his thing and yeah he’ll not wear glasses when he’s performing, only wore them in the first rehearsal because he didn’t have the time to but contacts on. I think he is doing a very good job and I hope he’ll qualify 🙂

Estonia likes magic. First, in 2011, with Getter Jaani. Now, this.
This song is one of my biggest favorite of this year, I wish that he had another suit and didn’t do the card move. It would be a lot better and more authentic.

Whole thing just comes across as seedy.

Hopefully in 2017 Estonia will be back in the 2010’s with their music. That’s all I’m gonna say…

Still uncomfortable to watch.
Would not be sad at all if this did not qualify.

Fantastic vocals. Also seems like he knows how to work with the camera.

His vocals are amazing ! But he’s not comfortable on stage and his moves come across as creepy so I think that might cost him qualification

i like the card moves. 🙂 we need more tackiness in eurovision. all these sophistication can get boring really fast. we need more fun!

specs or no specs, i still wanna sit on his face so there’s that.
