Miss a week of Eurovision news and you miss a lot. But thankfully for anyone who has been hiding from the Internet, we’re here to catch you up to speed on the juiciest of the juice — freshly squeezed!

This week Lithuania‘s LRT guaranteed The Roop a spot in their 2021 national final (though it isn’t clear the group actually want it); Albania revealed the 26 artists competing in FiK 59; Croatia said Dora 2021 acts MUST use pre-recorded backing vocals; and Denmark said it’ll pick eight finalists for DMGP, which will take place on March 6 in a TV studio. We also watched the LEGO version of the Eurovision movie, and enjoyed new music from the likes of Sergey Lazarev and Eleni Foureira.

William and Deban have discussed the news together in London. But, as ever, they’re joined by our contributors from around the world, including Robyn in New Zealand, Erdi in Kosovo, Mario in Croatia, and Jonathan in the UK. Listen until the end and you’ll hear from the queen of “Fuego” herself!

The latest episode is below. You can also subscribe on Spotify and Apple Music. This episode was produced by Samuel in London.

Nina Kraljic I want to come back, although in my opinion there are many talented artists in Croatia, it only hurts that Croatians choose a song for Eurovision, which the artist does not perform in his repertoire. It is worth adding that the head of the delegation Urszula, I have high expectations of her, I take Eurovision seriously than the former heads of delegations from Croatia and additionally introduces changes to Dora
