Never been a big fan of her music, but interview with a norwegian interviewer made me fell in love with her personality:

They started geeking out on various music genres xD

Watched live performances in Barcelona and Monika was the only one who wasn’t out of tune. Technical difficulties, no tech difficulties she proved that if you can sing you can sing.

I was getting goosebumps hearing complete foreigners somewhere in Barcelona singing along with Monika Liu in Lithuanian. Although the video posted by euro_vision does not show it clearly, a video posted by virca333 does (www.youtube.com/watch?v=gubWLqIf6Nw). You can clearly hear the pubic singing the first lines “Tuk tuk tuk / Nakti, i sirdi pasibeldzia” and some other random words throughout the song. Gosh, she was amazing and the way she flirted with the public – just hold your wine, she will slay in Turin and will be the dark horse of the year with a potential TOP-5 and yet the best… Read more »

Okay but that performance yesterday, sheesh. She was vibing with the audience and the audience was vibing with her. Sorry but no other artist was on that level. You may like or dislike the song, but you cannot deny that her charisma is game changing.

Is spooky the right word? I’d say quirky maybe. But spooky? Iceland 2019 was spooky

“Spooky disco groove” is the definition I’ve been looking for this song since the first time I’ve listened to it! Glad to know they won’t change the concept for Eurovision and just refine the visuals. Now I just hope Lithuania avoids being from 2nd to 4th in the running order. Hopefully the producers love Monika as much as I do.

If you want Lithuania to qualify, and your country is in semi final 1, vote for her.

Oh it has legit chance. There are like 2-3 iffy spots in first semi. She may snatch one of them depending on staging and such
