Can you imagine Gene Simmons—the leather-clad rocker with white face paint from KISS—singing “Love Will Set You Free”? What about Engelbert Humperdinck dressing as a vampire and weilding an axe while performing death metal? Well, we will find out soon enough, as Britain’s 2012 Eurovision contestant has told Noise 11 that he’ll include Simmons on his upcoming album of duets. He’ll also sing with the likes of Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers and Neil Sedaka, proving that corpses keep good company, and that they can keep singing with the right love and attention.

Engelbert knows exactly “what day it is”. He travels all over the world, performing over 100 concerts a year. You try that and see if you can keep up with him!!

Bless him. You do get the feeling he doesn’t quite know what day it is.
