Rise like a phoenix, out of the ashes seeking rather than vengeance… We’ve heard these lyrics many times since Conchita Wurst’s “Rise Like a Phoenix” was released in March. Unlike some previous winning songs, however, the hype around this song did not die down after the Queen of Europe’s triumph this past spring; it only increased. Since then, we have heard some really good covers of this song, and some really awful covers. Now it is time for you, the wiwibloggs audience, to make your choice and tell us which cover you love the most.
