Wiwi: Valentina was an image of purity during her first rehearsal at Eurovision. Wearing a white dress that stops just above her chest, she looked she was heading to a Mykonos for the weekend. She stands before white sheets dressed up to look like a giant seashell. The white gown and backdrop brings her red-orange highlights into focus, and she looks absolutely stunning. She stands in place throughout, but there is real motion in this. Her hand movements are sheer perfection. It’s as if she is a rhthmic gymnast from Russia.
We’ve heared humours that she will resemble The Little Mermaid in order to pay homage to the city of Copenhagen. The simple dress could easily add on some adornments, like a fin, so we think their might be truth in the rumours…
Valentina can sing this song better than either of her previous entries. It builds quite nicely to her luscious spoken word segment where she is bathed in golden light. I am cautiously optimistic that the juries will help this through to the final.

Just a question of cultural reference … isn’t she supposed to be resembling Botticelli’s Venus (but with more clothes on) rather than the Little Mermaid? Either way I wish she’s stop fidgetting.
If she’s standing still she might as well use a microphone stand instead of just waving her arms around…It looks kind of awkward in the video…
A good song and performance. She will be in the final.
@Mike she added maybe.
@Wergie didn’t she already announce that the thirs time was definitly the last one?
This is hopeless. I’m sorry Valentina.. a fourth time would be better? Maybe? 😉
