The Eurovision meet and greets kicked off with Armenia’s Aram MP3. We had a front-row (ok, second-row) seat for all the action. Aram has a strong team behind his Eurovision bid, and they appeared on stage with him to comment on the lyrics and the hype, and to translate when neccessary.
You can watch the entire inteview above. In it Aram describes how officials at the Yerevan Airport played his music video on a large screen as he was departing for ESC. He also says that he’s never performed on a stage as huge as the one here in Copenhagen. He still isn’t sure what microphone to use, so in the coming days we’ll know whether he’ll go for a stand or for one worn at the mouth. Either way, he believes that being a comedian and TV show host will enhance his stage performance.
