It’s not long until Eurovision in Concert — the biggest Eurovision preview event — and organizers just keep on confirming more acts. Today Eurovision in Concert announced on its Facebook page that this year’s special guests will be none other than 1985 Eurovision winners Bobbysocks!
That’s right! Norwegian Hanne Krogh and Swedish-Norwegian Elisabeth Andreassen will bring their song “La det swinge” to Amsterdam. Let’s hope they bring those purple jackets, too.

Earlier this month Bobbysocks! were also confirmed for the Eurovision’s Greatest Hits concert that will take place in London om March 31. You can read more about Eurovision’s Greatest Hits and our reviews of all those acts here.
Eurovision in Concert: confirmed artists
Eurovision in Concert will take place on the 18th of April 2015 in de Melkweg in Amsterdam. Earlier in January organisers confirmed that former Dutch ESC contestant Edsilia Rombley will co-host the show. (Together with Dutch ESC expert and commentator Cornald Maas).

I am thinking that those who were internally selected should join. How are we supposed to hear them live for the first time before the contest starts? If this may not happen, they could surprise us with their real voices during the contest, may it be good or bad. I’m talking about UK, Belgium, Spain, Czech Republic, Israel and some of the members of Armenian genealogy here.
