Deban: So much effort is being made by Kurt and the Gang, but it still reads as bland. The refrain ‘eh eh eh eh eh eh…’ just grates on me! The backdrop is faithful to what we’ve seen in the videos. I didn’t like it then, and I still don’t like it now. What could work well for Malta is votes from the recap. Hearing a 10 second snippet of it sounds very promising. Hearing the entire song feels like a lifetime. I never thought I’d ever say this, but Malta’s 2011 entry “One Life” was more deserving of a spot in the final than this.
