Ahead of the Austrian national final Wer singt für Österreich?, we spoke to contestant Orry Jackson, who will be singing “Pieces in a Puzzle”. Orry helped us put the puzzles pieces together as he talked about his entry, his career and Eurovision memories.

The Voice alum told us he’s getting nervous for the national final and that The Voice was also a big experience in his career. Orry shared his musical inspiration of both classic and contemporary R&B and pop stars, including Michael Jackson. He admires artists who can perform and sing at the same time. Orry also revealed his favourite Eurovision entry.

Orry also talked about the meaning of his song, “Pieces in a Puzzle”. “Team work makes a dream work,” he says. And he even drops a few hints as to what we can expect from his staging at WSFÖ.

Be sure to tune into the national final tonight because, as Orry promises, “It will be sick, it will be crazy”. We can’t wait!
